The conductive layer is formed on a surface of the first semiconductor layer away from the active layer. The first insulating layer is formed on the surface of the first semiconductor layer away from the active layer, and exposes at least a part of the conductive layer.

The bracket to receive an electronic device includes opposite first and second sides. An insert extends from each of the first and second sides. The inserts can be inserted in the insert holes. The latching member is rotatably mounted to the bracket. The latching member includes a main body, and a latching pole extending from the main body. The elastic member can bias the latching member to rotate to a latching position in which the latching pole is inserted in the latching hole of the enclosure.
