  • Publication number: 20130135718
Abstract: A multifunctional imitation displayer comprises a projection screen, which is a fine and even lattice structure closely woven from twist yarns made from extremely fine single yarns and ultra-thin metal fibers through up-and-down weave; out-covering gray scale glass panels, which are transparent with high strength and hardness, and which are fixed on and tightly cover and seal the two sides of the projection screen by means of vacuum suction, and sealed on the edges; based on such a design, both front or back projection can obtain Full-HD imaging with superior depth, and the low manufacturing cost is suitable for mass production. When not used for projection, it can also be used as a white board for drawing with a colored pen and the user can wipe out the drawings and draw repeatedly.

  • Patent number: 7821710
Abstract: The invention provides an improved projector screen structure. The improved screen structure is constituted by twist yarns from superfine single yarns and superfine nickel (Ni) chromium (Cr) alloy fiber. Through up-and-down weaving method for plain woven texture, all yarns are arranged in an organized and uniform fashion with tight spacing, so the fine screen constituted by such structure is suitable for any projectors that have different screen requirements and may be used to both front and back projection. The screen produced in this way can also deliver wide view angle, increased color saturation and contrast as well as better layer and three-dimensional effect. Moreover, the screen has zero radiation, low reflection, uniform light absorbance, flatness, antibacterial property, dustproof effect, water cleanability and durability, which are excellent attributes that traditional screens do not have.

  • Publication number: 20080307554
Abstract: The invention is related to a personal protective equipment for a gaming machine. It mainly consists of a wrist guard, an elbow guard and a supportive belt assembly. It can be used either for wrist, elbow or both wrist and elbow at the same time. An enhancing strip is provided to stabilize the wrist band and the elbow support. A supportive strip is provided to connect and fix the distance between the wrist guard and the elbow guard. So the user will not loose or cause dislocation of the equipments during intensive movement and prevent the user from injury.

  • Publication number: 20070281569
Abstract: The invention is related to a thermally insulated and moisture-repellent textile structure, consisting of 1. an inner layer (contact skin): made of moisture-absorbance and sweat-repellant ultrafine fiber; 2. a middle layer: made of thermally insulated and anti-static metal yarns combined with moisture-absorbant and sweat-repellent ultrafine fibers; 3. an outer layer: moisture-absorbant and breathable pure cotton. When such textiles are applied to apparels like underwears, sweaters or jackets, the ultrafine fibers in the inner layer can completely absorb excessive water molecules on skin surface. When these water molecules that carry body heat pass through the middle layer, through the dual functions of the metal yarns of thermal insulation and the ultrafine fibers of moisture absorbance and sweat repellency, the water molecules are completely absorbed by the outer layer of pure cotton and repelled from the body. The body heat is conserved between the middle layer and human body.

  • Patent number: 6897408
Abstract: The present invention is related to an electrically conductive and heating wire containing fabric. The fabric is made of metal yarn and natural fiber. After a yarn covering process (covering metal yarn with short staple yarn), a circular loom is used to weave circular hollow heating wire containing fabric in the desired dimensions (0.1 cm˜5 cm). After that, the heating wire containing fabric is pressed into flat shape. Then, the fabric is covered with natural long fiber or short staple, such as wool and rabbit fur. The wire containing fabric will be made into different types of products according to user demand (like rehabilitation equipment or insulating clothes). Thus, convenience is provided for use of the product and wide range of applications can be found for the present invention.

  • Publication number: 20030233743
Abstract: The invention relates to a manufacturing process and product for conductive fabric. The process uses metallic yarn and natural fiber as raw material. Metallic yarn is subject to a braiding step to wrap around staples (like natural wool, rabbit hairs or far IR treated wool or rabbit hairs etc.). In this step, silk (like rubber silk, stainless steel silk, wool etc.) is added to enhance the durability and also form conductive fabric in large size. Besides, color selection is made for the conductive fabric through a dying step for the yarn, which is prior to the formation of conductive fabric. Further, when it is for medical application, the object fabricated by the said conductive fabric can be connected to a current controller for appropriate current supply to attain electrotherapy effect. Since conductive fabric is formed by natural staples, its surface provides a long product life by repeated use directly.
