  • Patent number: 7809474
Abstract: A protection gas control method for a non-sealed process chamber including the steps of activating a protection gas control apparatus while coupling a protection gas to a plurality of throttle valves, opening all the throttle valves for a pre-determined period of time, closing at least one of the throttle valves if the oxygen concentration in the chamber is smaller than or equal to a first target value, determining whether the oxygen concentration in the chamber is smaller than or equal to a second target value, and stopping supplying the protection gas when the temperature of the chamber is lower than a pre-determined temperature.

  • Publication number: 20040012215
Abstract: A deep cavity probing tool comprised of a rod that provides for manual grasping and a powerful magnet attached to an extremity of the rod. The exterior periphery of the powerful magnet is ensconced in a mount constructed of a nonferrous material such that its magnetic force is focused linearly at the powerful magnet. A sleeve of steel construction is movably fitted lengthwise over the outer diameter of the mount and the length of the sleeve exceeds that of the mount, thereby concealing the end at an appropriate depth within the internal section of the sleeve. An attraction ring shoulder is disposed along the inner circumference at the lengthwise rear end of the sleeve to form a constrictive aperture of a smaller diameter to provide for the longitudinal attraction of the powerful magnet in the mount.

  • Publication number: 20020110618
Abstract: An apparatus having a movable mold clamping seat for high temperature fluid injection molding includes a barrel supporting seat, a barrel, a injecting nozzle, a set of hydraulic cylinders, a static platen, a movable plate and a mold. The barrel supporting seat is jointed to a machine body. The barrel has one end fixed to the barrel supporting seat, and the injecting nozzle is fixed to the other end. The static platen is movable on the machine body. One end of each hydraulic cylinder is fixed to the barrel supporting seat, while the end of is fixed to the static platen. The center lines of the hydraulic cylinders are in the same plane as the center line of the barrel. By pulling the hydraulic cylinder, the injecting nozzle passes through a hole in the static platen to contact a sprue bushing for injecting a high temperature fluid into the mold.

  • Patent number: 6371196
Abstract: An injection molding apparatus has a barrel for conveying a molten substance, a screw, a first base for supporting the barrel, a power unit, a second base for supporting the power unit, links, a motor, a screw driver, a plurality of injection guide links, and an injection connecting plate. The first base is threadedly secured to the bed. The barrel has one end secured to the first base. The power unit is fixed on the second base. The links each have one end connected to the first base and the other end connected to the second base. The screw driver between the bases is moved under the guidance of the injection guide links. The injection guide links penetrate through the second base, having one end secured to the screw driver with the injection connecting plate provided in the second base. The injection connecting plate is pivotably secured to the power unit.
