Abstract: A semiconductor package includes a first semiconductor substrate, an array of conductive bumps, a second semiconductor substrate, and a spacing pattern. The first semiconductor substrate includes a pad region and an array of first pads disposed within the pad region. The array of conductive bumps is disposed on the array of first pads respectively. The second semiconductor substrate is disposed over the first semiconductor substrate and includes an array of second pads bonded to the array of conductive bumps respectively. The spacing pattern is disposed between the first semiconductor substrate and the second semiconductor substrate, wherein the spacing pattern is located at a periphery of the pad region.

Abstract: The present invention is to provide an energy-saving cooker comprises an outer pot (1), a heating element (2) in the outer pot, an inner pot (3) is able to position into the outer pot (1), a thermal storage block (4) inside a bottom of the inner pot (3). The thermal storage block (4) and heating element (2) are disposed between inner and outer pot. There are two embodiments to heat up foods by inner pot (3). A heating element (2) inside the outer pot (1) can heat up inner pot (3) and thermal storage block (4) directly. An inner pot (3) and thermal storage (4) heated up by external heat source and then moved and placed into outer pot (1) inside.

Abstract: The present invention is related to a blender, particularly to a blender having a blade disk formed with dreg-expel holes in front of leading edges of blades of inner circle, and a ring-typed cover added below a feed chute as well as being hung over the blade disk to keep gaps in between, thereby it can get pulp contained with juice; which introduces less air thereinto, further enzymes found in raw vegetables and fruits may not be destroyed.

Abstract: The present invention is aimed to provide a manual fruit slicer with interchangeable cutting and coring base. It has the practical functions as replacement of disks, reverted said edges onto the base, and a plurality of said edges can be received in the base. In use, a manual fruit slicer comprises a base, and disks. A hollowed annular sleeve is protruded out from the base around its center with two jug-ears extended out from both of its ends. A disk is designed as an annular edge frame disposed inside the hollowed annular sleeve. It is characterized by L type grooves formed through the upper or lower section being adapted to the handles protruded out from the outer wall of the disk to fix in place. The handles are also designed for a user's grip.

Abstract: A squeezer can be used to produce a pulp contained juice instead of the conventional squeezer only provided juice. The squeezer comprises a motor base, a rotary disk, a bowl, a cutter disk, a mask, an upper lid and a feed tube passed through a receiving opening of the upper lid. In which, a circular lid is introduced between the bottom end of a receiving opening and the cutter disk. The cutter disk has a ring type press plate relative to the cutter disk in an up and down relationship. A gap kept between the ring type plate and the cutter disk allows shredded fruits to be macerated to form pulp contained juice and then drained out. The mask is composed of a support frame and a watertight base. Because the mask has no meshes, the pulp contained juice can be led into the bowl.

Abstract: The device includes a base having an upper cutter tube with a receiving opening on its top end, a lower seat; a gouge, formed concentrically inside the cutter tube, flares downward throughout the tube to the seat and then inclined downward to a wall to form a discharge opening; a set of blades disposed inside the receiving opening has a cylindrical blade at its center, a number of straight blades radially surround the cylindrical blade anchor their proximal ends at slots on the inner wall of the cutter tube; a sliding bracket has a central bore for pivotally receiving the gouge, a number of grooves radially formed on the top surface of the sliding bracket for embedding the straight blades respectively; a spiral spring fits over the gouge and withstands the sliding bracket, a collar screwed inside the receiving opening to interlock the radial straight blades.

Abstract: A squeezer for squeezing fruit to get pulp comprises a motor seat having a motor; a rotary disk combined to a spindle of the motor; a middle disk combined to the motor seat; a knife disk screwed to a central screw rod of the rotary disk; a filter mask fixed to the rotary disk through the knife disk; an upper cover combined to the middle disk; a press tube insertable into a central insertion tube of the upper cover; and a knife disk cover installed to a lower side of the insertion tube; a horizontal press plate extending from the knife disk cover; the horizontal press plate having a small gap to the knife disk so that fruits are ground by the knife disk as into pulps and then drained out.
