  • Publication number: 20150059130
Abstract: A novel holding device for a cord is disclosed. The holding device includes a base and a cover. Both the cover and the base have openings to allow the cord to pass through the cover and the base. When the base and the cover are in contact, the fixation ring of the cover would press the fins of the base toward the cord. In this configuration, the holding device cannot move further in the direction toward the base due to the increased fixation force. The holding device can still move in the opposition direction without the increased fixation force.

  • Patent number: 7891658
Abstract: A paper feeder disposed on a casing for feeding a paper is provided. The paper feeder includes a feeding axle and a paper stopper. The feeding axle has a first engaging portion. The paper stopper includes a blocking plate and a second engaging portion. The paper stopper is co-axially and rotatably disposed on the feeding axle. When the feeding axle rotates in a first direction to engage the second engaging portion with the first engaging portion, the feeding axle drives the paper stopper to rotate in the first direction until the blocking plate blocks the paper. When the feeding axle rotates in a second direction to detach the second engaging portion from the first engaging portion, the feeding axle is able to feed a paper.

  • Patent number: 6829065
Abstract: A glass supporting device of a scanner comprises an upper cover, a lower cover, a front cover, and a glass sheet. The upper and lower covers, and the front cover can be integrated. The lateral sides of the upper cover are installed with a plurality of sliding tracks. The sliding tracks and the edges of the top of the upper cover are formed with a shape track. Therefore, the glass sheet can be slid into the track manually for being positioned therein. The track serves for supporting the glass sheet. In the present invention, the glass sheet is easily assembled and detached. The upper cover and glass sheet is updated independently. Therefore, the assembling work is performed quickly and the cost for detaching parts are low.
