    Abstract: The present invention relates to innovative means of generating sequence-linked DNA fragments and subsequent uses of such linked DNA fragments for de novo haplotype-resolved whole genome mapping and massively parallel sequencing. In various embodiments described herein, the methods of the invention relate to methods of generating paired-end nucleic acid fragment sharing common linker nucleic acid sequences using a nicking endonuclease, a T7 endonuclease, a restriction enzyme, or a transposase, methods of analyzing the nucleotides sequences from the linked-paired-end sequenced fragments, and methods of de novo whole genome mapping. Thus, the methods of this invention allow establishing sequence contiguity across the whole genome, and achieving high-quality, low-cost de novo assembly of complex genomes.

The end-user device can scan for available access points and determine its location based on the wireless source identifier(s) of the available access points. The end-user device and/or the social networking system can compare the wireless source identifier(s) to a set of known wireless source identifiers to determine the end-user device's location. Messages can be generated by the conversation engine that include content that is generated based at least in part on the location of the end-user device.

A non-metallic, thermally insulating gasket is disposed between the cover and the frame.

The heater is electrically coupled to the micro-motor and configured to convert the electric energy provided by the micro-motor to heat. When the actuator deforms or restores its deformation, the link structure moves thereby enabling the micro-motor to generate electric energy for the heater.
