    Abstract: This application provides an accumulator, a multiplier, and an operator circuit, and relates to the field of electronic technologies, to reduce an area and power consumption of the accumulator. The accumulator includes W compressor layers, where W is an integer greater than or equal to 1. The W compressor layers include at least one first compressor layer. In an input array of each first compressor layer, a first array includes a plurality of positive-phase bits, and a second array includes a plurality of negative-phase bits. Each first compressor layer includes a first compression circuit configured to compress the first array and a second compression circuit configured to compress the second array. To be specific, bits with different phases in the input array of each first compressor layer are compressed by different compression circuits.

The first open end is in contact with the first metal workpiece defining a first weld portion thereon. The second open end is in contact with the second metal workpiece defining a second weld portion thereon. The system further comprises a first electrode configured to contact the first metal workpiece to heat the peripheral wall at the first weld portion and join the first metal workpiece with the first open end of the peripheral wall.

    Abstract: A sheet blank includes a core substrate having a generally planar shape with opposed first and second sides. The core substrate is made of high-strength steel containing at least two of ferrite, martensite, bainite, and austenite and having an ultimate tensile strength of at least 490 MPa. A respective decarburized layer of the high-strength steel is formed on each of the first and second sides of the core substrate, wherein each respective decarburized layer contains a minimum ferrite content of at least 80 volume % ferrite and has a respective thickness of 5 to 100 microns. A respective transition layer of the high-strength steel may be formed between the core substrate and each respective decarburized layer, with each transition layer having a respective inner transition layer abutting the core substrate and a respective outer transition layer abutting the respective decarburized layer.
