    Abstract: A method for measuring drop time of a control rod cluster integrated with a rod position measurement device is provided, wherein the method is used to measure the drop time of each control rod cluster, and includes: Si, monitoring a voltage Ua of coils in Group A to capture a rod cluster drop signal; S2, searching a point (tmax, Vmax) with a maximum drop speed or with a local maximum drop speed; S3, retroactively calculating, from tmax, an end of a time period T4 when the control rod cluster starts to drop; S4, retroactively searching, from a minimum value point of a drop reference signal DROPref, a start of the time period T4 when the drop reference signal DROPref drops from a maximum value to 33% thereof; and S5, determining, from tmax forward, a time point t6 when a drop speed of the control rod cluster is lower than 0.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a passive optical network communications method and apparatus, and a system. The method includes: determining a wavelength channel group of an optical network unit (ONU) and a wavelength channel in the wavelength channel group; and sending a first message to the ONU, where the first message carries identification information of the wavelength channel group and identification information of the wavelength channel in the wavelength channel group. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, such a logical channel group as a wavelength channel group is established, and when a channel in a channel group is faulty, a scheduling module of an OLT can rapidly and easily reallocate a service to another member in the channel group, so that channel interaction is avoided. Therefore, bandwidth scheduling efficiency and bandwidth utilization of a PON system are higher.

    Abstract: A wavelength switching method, apparatus, and system are disclosed. The method includes: encapsulating a logical link identifier (LLID) of an optical network unit (ONU) and a wavelength allocated to the ONU into a first Multi-Point Control Protocol (MPCP) message, and sending the first MPCP message to the ONU, for the ONU to perform switching according to the wavelength. In this manner, a problem of how to implement wavelength switching in a next-generation Ethernet passive optical network (NG-EPON) is resolved.
