The atmosphere controlling device transports a reaction gas, such as hydrogen, oxygen, water vapor, or plasma, into a cavity for reacting with the impurity within the component to be heated. A phase transition or a chemical reaction can be carried out, such that the impurity is gasified, oxidized, carbonized, or disintegrated.
