Abstract: This disclosure provides a network resource pre-allocation method, device, system, and medium, wherein the method includes: an NWDAF acquiring historical record information of a user accessing a service, and generating user service preference prediction and suggestion information according to the historical record information; and the NWDAF sending the user service preference prediction and suggestion information to a network function (NF) so that the NF pre-allocates a network resource according to the user service preference prediction and suggestion information.

Abstract: Provided are a method and system for realizing a service-based mobile originated short message service. The method for realizing a service-based mobile originated short message service (MO SMS) includes: after receiving a short message transferred from a user equipment, an SMSF entity querying, from a NRF entity, information of a network function that can provide a MO SMS forwarding service; when it is determined, according to a query result, that a corresponding SMS-IWMSC can provide the MO SMS forwarding service, the SMSF entity sending the short message to the SMS-IWMSC; and the SMS-IWMSC sending the short message to a SC, so that the SC sends the short message to a corresponding receiver of the short message.

Abstract: This disclosure provides a method, a network-side system, a system for access to Virtual Private Dial-up Networks (VPDN), and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of mobile communications. The method for access to VPDN according to this disclosure includes: receiving, by an Access and Mobility Management Function (AMF), an access request for VPDN from a user; determining, by the AMF, through a Network Function Repository Function (NRF), a target Session Management Function (SMF) supporting a service of VPDN, and sending a session management context request to the target SMF; and selecting, by the SMF, according to the session management context request, a User Plane Function (UPF) supporting the service of VPDN to establish a session, to enable a tunnel between the UPF and the target VPDN to be established.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and a system for dynamically triggering to change an access and mobility policy. The method for dynamically triggering to change an access and mobility policy includes: generating, by an AF, an AM policy authorization updating request under a condition that a preset application starts or terminates, wherein the AM policy authorization updating request comprises identification information associated with the application; sending, by the AF, the AM policy authorization updating request to a PCF entity through a NEF entity; acquiring, by the PCF entity, a policy parameter associated with the identification information; sending, by the PCF entity, an AM policy identifier and the policy parameter to an access network side device through an AMF entity; and scheduling, by the access network side device, a wireless resource corresponding to the policy parameter.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method, device, and system for limiting a data rate of a network slice user, and a storage medium. The method for limiting the data rate of the network slice user includes: performing, by a policy control function network element, a unified rate limit on a guaranteed bit rate (GBR) data stream and a non-guaranteed bit rate (non-GBR) data stream of the network slice user in case where a user equipment initiates a slice data session establishment request or a slice data session modification request.

During operation of the pump, the starting rib interferes with the stopping rib. A number of shock absorbing pads are disposed between the starting rib and the stopping rib and maintained thereat by a notch and ridge association that extends along each rib and pad. The pump includes a space that allows rotation of the starting rib relative to the stopping rib which provides unloaded starting of the pump.
