The processing method of stator provided in this invention has the following advantages: The blank cutting allowance is small. The broach is simple to manufacture and of low grinding cost. It is not necessary to turn the internal bore, and the parts have sound heat-treatment performance, and the fatigue resistance of material is improved. Cold extruding technology is adopted so that fluidity of the material is improved.
