  • Patent number: 9399748
Abstract: The invention provides a lubricating grease composition with a worked penetration of 400 to 500 for a machine tool equipped with an automatic lubricator, containing a base oil having a kinematic viscosity at 40° C. of 10 to 200 mm2/s and 0.1 to 10 mass % of solid particles insoluble in the base oil. The lubricating grease composition of the invention can be fed using the automatic lubricator attached to the machine tool, and can prevent the stick-slip from occurring on the sliding lubrication portion of the machine tool.

  • Patent number: 8859475
Abstract: The invention provides a grease composition for bearings used in wind power generators, containing a base oil which has a kinematic viscosity of 10 to 70 mm2/s at 40° C. and a pour point of ?40° C. or less, and a diurea compound as a thickener, for example, a diurea compound represented by formula (1) where R1 and R2 are both C8-alkyl group. The grease composition for bearings used in wind power generators according to the invention can meet the requirements in terms of the seizure life and the pumpability as well as the fatigue life (flaking life).

  • Publication number: 20090003742
Abstract: An object of the invention is to provide a grease composition capable of keeping a good lubrication condition for a long period of time even when water has mixed therein, thereby inhibiting white structure flaking and corrosion. Another object is to provide a vehicular hub unit bearing which hardly suffers from white structure flaking and corrosion even when used in an environment where water may penetrate into it and which therefore has a long life. The invention provides a rolling bearing with, sealed up therein, a grease composition containing a waterproof film-forming additive added thereto; a grease composition for hub unit bearings, containing a base oil that comprises at least one of mineral oil and synthetic oil as the main ingredient thereof, and a thickener and a flaking inhibitor; and a vehicular hub unit bearing with the grease composition sealed up therein.

  • Patent number: 5288379
Abstract: A vacuum processing apparatus capable of quickly replacing a substrate without opening the two gate valves simultaneously by using two waiting stages and a single transferring robot. The transferring robot is designed to transfer a substrate in a straight-line direction, and those two holding stages are set up in front of and behind the center of rotation of the baseplate of the transferring robot. An integrated module multi-chamber vacuum processing system is provided including a plurality of processing chambers capable of being vacuum evacuated, a substrate transferring chamber capable of being vacuum evacuated, at least one load-lock chamber capable of being vacuum evacuated, a substrate transferring robot assembly for transferring a substrate between the at least one load-lock chamber and the processing chamber disposed within the substrate transferring chamber.
