  • Publication number: 20240151198
Abstract: The present invention provides a fuel pump capable of preventing the occurrence of cavitation near a seat member in a valve mechanism. The fuel pump includes a plunger adapted to reciprocate, a pressurizing chamber adapted to increase and decrease its volumetric capacity through the reciprocation of the plunger, and a relief valve mechanism adapted to return a fuel to the pressurizing chamber. The relief valve mechanism includes a relief valve, and a seat member having a valve contact portion for seating the relief valve thereon. The relief valve is disposed closer to the plunger than the seat member. The seat member has an annular groove portion which forms a space communicating with the pressurizing chamber, between the annular groove portion and a second chamber (a fixing portion) surrounding the outer peripheral surface of the seat member. The space is provided at a position farther from the plunger than the valve contact portion.

  • Patent number: 10093104
Abstract: An ink cartridge for supplying the ink in an ink reserving chamber via an ink supply port into a recording head has a differential pressure valve mechanism disposed between an ink flow port and the ink supply port in the ink reserving chamber, whereby the ink is supplied an adequate amount to the recording head by opening or closing the differential pressure valve mechanism in accordance with an ink pressure of the recording head. As a result, it is possible to supply the ink at a substantially constant pressure to the recording head without regard to the variation in the amount of ink or the movement of the carriage.

  • Patent number: 9463692
Abstract: In the display of an image including a fixed background image and a variation image of the background image, at least one of the amount of data to be held and the amount of work to be processed is reduced. A display control device acquires pixel description data including a combination of position information for specifying a position on a pixel array and address information for specifying an address in an image storage unit of image data which is displayed at the position specified by the position information. Furthermore, the display control device reads out the image data from the address of the image storage unit specified by the address information and specifies the position on the pixel array specified by the image description data to the display to input the read out image data.

  • Publication number: 20110157501
Abstract: When a signal, which is switched between a first level (0 V) and a second level (Vseg) in a predetermined cycle, is input to a common electrode and respective segment electrodes of a plurality of polymer network (PN) liquid crystal display elements to be subjected to static driving, the plurality of PN liquid crystal display elements are divided into two or more groups. The level switching of a signal (SEG-A) that is output to the segment electrode of the PN liquid crystal display element included in one group and the level switching of a signal (SEG-B) that is output to the segment electrode of the PN liquid crystal display element as each signal output to the respective segment electrodes of the plurality of PN liquid crystal display elements are performed at timings that do not overlap each other.
