  • Patent number: 9949655
Abstract: A method of measuring and analyzing the ultra high frequency EKG is performed by measuring the EKG within the frequency range above 250 Hz with a dynamic range of at least 100 dB. In the UHF EKG signal positions of Rm of R wave in QRS complex of EKG are detected on the time axis and the EKG signal is converted to amplitude or power envelopes, the amplitude or power envelopes frequency range is anywhere within the limits from 0.2 Hz to at least 500 Hz. From these envelopes the amplitude and time numerical parameters that describe the myocardium depolarization inhomogeneity and electric myocardium dyssynchrony are determined, and these parameters are used for selecting the patients for multi-chamber stimulators implementation and optimization of their setting.

  • Publication number: 20170220338
Abstract: A technique includes tracking changes to a code base using a source code management application; and maintaining a correlation between defects in the code base and changes addressing the defects. The technique includes determining a defect density in a subset of the code base associated with implementation of a requirement for the code base. Determining the defect density includes identifying how many defects are addressed by changes that modify the subset of the code base.

  • Patent number: 9542160
Abstract: A computer implemented method includes extracting requirement data from a software development system, the requirement data defining a software development requirement during a predetermined period of time. The method further includes extracting from the software development system an indication of a state of software development at the beginning of the period of time, and an indication of a state of software development at the end of the period of time. • Patent number: 9514423
Abstract: A test planning tool for defining a test plan for testing updates to a software product aggregates information from a variety of diverse sources to generate an application model. The application includes a detailed model of the components of the application and their dependencies, a logical structure of the components, requirements associated with changes to the components, organizational entities responsible for the changes, and various other information, such as test coverage and defect information. The application model is presented to the user in a manner that allows the user to select components of interest, drill down and view change details and requirements, and to use that information to develop a test plan.

  • Publication number: 20160252074
Abstract: A vane assembly, particularly suitable for a transverse flow, or vertical axis, turbine or a propulsion device includes a vane with at least one concavo-convex part that is mounted by a pivot so that it is free to rotate about a pivot axis. The pivot connects the vane to a rotor with an axis of rotation. The pivot axis is inclined to the concave face such that, as the rotor turns, the vane is free to rotate about the pivot axis between a first position in which the vane defines a high-drag configuration for retreating with a transverse fluid flow, and a second position in which the vane defines a reduced-drag configuration for advancing against the transverse fluid flow.

  • Publication number: 20100095266
Abstract: A method and appertaining system for implementing the method are provided for managing a software service component in a service oriented architecture (SOA) model, in which aspects maintained by an SOA repository for the service component or software system using the component are made openly available. A series of lifecycle stages for a service component are defined, as are the criteria for promoting the service components to a more advanced life cycle stage. A user/developer/enterprise architect provides a service component at an earlier lifecycle stage and then submits a promotion request for the service component to approver, who assess compliance with the requirement. If the service component complies with the requirement, it is promoted to the next life cycle stage.
