  • Patent number: 11817209
Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for generating specific software implementations of neuromodulation-therapy algorithms. A dataset may be received that includes operational specifications that correspond to a plurality of types of neuromodulation-therapy implant devices. A neuromodulation-therapy design interface may provide a representation of the neuromodulation-therapy implant device. A selection if a particular representation of a particular neuromodulation-therapy implant device may be received. Hardware characteristics of the particular neuromodulation-therapy implant device may be used to determine constraints of the implant device. A listing of neuromodulation-therapy parameters that is constraining according to the constraints may be presented. In response to a selection of a parameter, executable software code corresponding to a specific implementation of a neuromodulation-therapy algorithm may be generated.

  • Patent number: 11779764
Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for updating neuromodulation-therapy algorithms. Sensor data may be received from a subject monitoring device that includes one or more sensors. A state of the subject within a directed-cyclic state diagram may be retrieved along with a current neuromodulation-therapy algorithm that corresponds to the state. Based on the sensor data and the current neuromodulation-therapy algorithm, a new state of the subject may be determined, the new state including an update to the current neuromodulation-therapy algorithm for the subject. In response to determining the new state, a wireless transmission that includes an identification of the new state and the update neuromodulation-therapy algorithm may be initiated to the implant device associated with the subject.

  • Publication number: 20210065855
Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for updating consent data records in a secure neuromodulation-therapy subject data store. A data store may be maintained at one or more computer servers. The data store may include a plurality of neuromodulation-therapy subject records and associated consent data records. A request to update the consent data records associated with a first neuromodulation-therapy subject record may be received. The request may include a subject identifier, an identification of a requested type of access, and data identifying users for whom access is being requested. The request may be authenticated using user credentials associated with the users and based on roles assigned to the users. Once authenticated, the consent data records associated with a first neuromodulation-therapy subject record may be updated.

  • Publication number: 20210052900
Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for simulating neuromodulation therapy. An identification of a particular neuromodulation-therapy implant device, an identification of a particular neuromodulation-therapy algorithm, and subject records corresponding to a subject may be received. neuromodulation-therapy simulator may execute to generated predicted performance metric for the particular neuromodulation-therapy implant device. The predicted performance may correspond to predicted physiological responses of the subject when the particular neuromodulation-therapy algorithm is executed by the particular neuromodulation-therapy implant device. The predicted performance metrics may be output.

  • Publication number: 20210058257
Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for securing communications with a neuromodulation-therapy implant device. A first subject-specific encryption-key value may be loaded onto a neuromodulation-therapy implant device, the first subject-specific encryption-key value being configured to generate a signature that may be included in data packets transmitted by the implant device. The signature may be generated by generating a hash value of the data of the data packet and encrypting the hash value. A request may be received from a mobile device for a second subject-specific encryption-key value that is different than but corresponds to the first subject-specific encryption-key value. The second subject-specific encryption-key value may be retrieved from a data store upon authenticating the request. The second encryption-key value corresponding to the first subject-specific encryption-key value may be transmitted to the mobile device.
