  • Publication number: 20240097526
Abstract: A drive unit is configured to prevent an auxiliary electric motor from being rotated, which could otherwise cause the back electromotive voltage thereof to exceed the maximum rated voltage. The drive unit includes a drive source, a shaft, an auxiliary electric motor, and a clutch. The shaft is configured to transmit a torque outputted from the drive source. The clutch is disposed between the shaft and the auxiliary electric motor. The clutch is configured to allow transmission of a mechanical power from the auxiliary electric motor to the shaft regardless of whether the mechanical power is intended for forward rotation or reverse rotation, while being configured to block transmission of the torque from the shaft to the auxiliary electric motor regardless of whether the torque is intended for forward rotation or reverse rotation.

  • Publication number: 20220208380
Abstract: Provided are a medical care support device, an operation method and a non-transitory computer readable recording medium storing an operation program thereof, and a medical care support system capable of promptly proposing necessary examinations and treatments in a case where a patient suffers from a chronic disease. A medical care support device (12) includes a display screen generation unit (62) and a prediction execution unit (63). The prediction execution unit (63) extracts a specific disease affecting a patient from acquired medical care information, and outputs a chronic disease and a complication that is likely to occur with a morbidity of the chronic disease as a prediction result. The display screen generation unit (62) proposes medical care practices for both the chronic disease and the complication.

  • Publication number: 20220208381
Abstract: A medical care support device (11) includes an operation history acquisition unit (63), a prediction execution unit (64), and a display screen generation unit (62). The operation history acquisition unit (63) acquires an operation history in a case where a terminal device is operated. The prediction execution unit (64) predicts a next operation candidate in a case where the terminal device is input and operated by using a trained model generated by an external server learning the acquired operation history, the external server being installed outside the medical facility. The display screen generation unit (62) makes a proposal to the terminal device from the next operation candidate predicted by the prediction execution unit (64).

  • Publication number: 20220181010
Abstract: A conference information management unit generates, for each of conferences scheduled to be executed, conference information including information on the type, target patients, participants, and execution date and time. A participant job type determination unit compares a job type definition table with the conference information to determine whether or not the participants of the job type defined in the job type definition table are included in the conference scheduled to be executed. The determination result is notified by the conference information management unit.

  • Publication number: 20220180989
Abstract: A medical care support device includes: a medical care document generation unit that generates a discharge summary, which is a medical care document in which extracted data extracted from medical care data related to medical care of a patient is laid out in a predetermined format; and a display screen generation unit that generates a medical care document display screen, which is a display screen having a first display area for displaying the discharge summary and a second display area for displaying original data which is medical care data of an extraction source of the extracted data. The display screen generation unit displays a correspondence between the extracted data and the original data in an identifiable manner on the medical care document display screen.

  • Publication number: 20220172831
Abstract: A medical care support device includes a display screen generation unit that generates a display screen for displaying a patient and a medical care process in association with each other, and an unread management unit that displays a status of the medical care process on the display screen. The unread management unit manages a viewer-specific status for each viewer who views the display screen separately from a main body status of the medical care process, changes the main body status by reflecting a status of a specific type of viewer in the main body status, and displays the viewer-specific status and the main body status in an identifiable manner on the display screen.

  • Patent number: 10959689
Abstract: A radiation irradiating apparatus includes: a radiation generator that generates radiation; a collimator that controls an irradiation range of radiation generated in the radiation generator; and a distance assuring portion having an abutting member that abuts on a subject to be irradiated with the radiation, when the radiation generator and the subject approach each other such that a distance therebetween is smaller than a preset distance. The distance assuring portion assures a distance between the radiation generator and the subject. The collimator and the distance assuring portion form an integral structure and are attachable and detachable with respect to the radiation generator.
