    Abstract: The present invention involves a loading hay bale trailer. The trailer comprises (a) a carriage having (i) a frame, (ii) axles and (iii) wheels, (b) a pivotal cradle attached to the frame, the carriage having (i) a back section and (ii) tines, (c) a device for forcibly pivoting the cradle. The trailer may be loaded by lowering the tines to the ground level, forcing the tines under the bale, pivoting the cradle to roll the ball onto the elbow section, and transporting the bale.
