  • Patent number: 7430454
Abstract: A multi-track digital recording/reproducing apparatus for recording/reproducing multi-track digital audio data, comprises: a multi-track recorder that records/reproduces digital audio data to/from a plurality of recording tracks; a mixing bus that selectively inputs data from a plurality of mixer input channels and data reproduced by the multi-track recorder, mixes the input data, and outputs the mixed input data; a track assigner that assigns and records the mixed input data or data directly input from the plurality of mixer input channels to at least one of the plurality of recording tracks; and a quick recording setting device that selects a mixer input channel, assigns a direct output of the selected mixer input channel to a designated recording track, and releases a recording assignment of a unselected mixer input channel without changing all setting states.

  • Publication number: 20050157830
Abstract: In order to define current states of a mixer, a set of first-type data (scene data) that define processing to be performed on a signal second-type data and a set of second-type data (snapshot data) comprising a group of parameters that define functions or displaying styles of operators or displays are stored in a current area. Storage area or memory is provided for preserving the second-type data, so that the second-type data can be written from the current area into the storage area or recalled from the storage area into the current area in accordance with a user instruction.

  • Publication number: 20040184349
Abstract: A parameter display portion of an acoustic signal processing apparatus (mixer) according to the present invention displays a setting of a parameter (channel group setting parameter) by use of a plurality of light-emitting display elements (LED) La through Lc. While the acoustic signal processing apparatus is under operating conditions with a setting of the parameter being established through a setting operation of an operator (on-switch) Bt, the display elements La through Lc in the entire parameter-establishable range are kept in display action. The parameter display portion is controlled such that, during the display action, the display element [(2)=La, (3)=Lb, (4)=Lc] corresponding to the established setting is displayed in the first display mode, while the other display elements [(2)=Lb and Lc, (3)=La and Lc, (4)=La and Lb] excluded from the established setting being displayed in the second display mode.

  • Publication number: 20040179695
Abstract: In an audio signal processing device which processes audio signals and outputs the audio signals, setting controls, such as filter controls, for setting values of parameters for the signal processing and a display for presenting information by the presence or absence and the style of lighting of LEDs is provided, in which when scene data stored in a scene memory is loaded, the display style of the display is made different in accordance with match/mismatch between a current set value of the parameter and the value of the parameter relating to the loaded scene data. Alternatively, the display is made to simultaneously present the loaded value and the value at the time of the loading in different display styles.

  • Patent number: 6721242
Abstract: An optical detector for detecting at least three optical beams reflected by an optical information recording medium and outputting an electric signal, the optical detector having three light receiving areas each of which receives a respective one of the three optical beams and each of which has four light receiving surfaces, twelve signal lines to transmit an electric signal obtained on respective ones of the four light receiving surfaces of the three light receiving areas, selected ones of the twelve signal lines connected to the four light receiving surfaces of different ones of the three light receiving areas being joined together within the optical detector, and less than nine signal output lines formed by joining the selected ones of the twelve signal lines extend from the optical detector to a signal processing circuit.

  • Publication number: 20040008788
Abstract: A picture decoding section starts to decode a bit-stream for one picture when a decoding start command is supplied from a decoding start command generating section, and outputs a decoding completion command when the decoding is completed. Decoded picture data is stored in a decoding frame buffer. The decoding frame buffer outputs a bufferfull notification when a certain quantity of picture data is stored. The decoding start command generating section outputs the decoding start command to the picture decoding section when a decoding completion command is outputted from the picture decoding section and the bufferfull notification is not outputted from the decoding frame buffer.

  • Patent number: 6507009
Abstract: It is desirable to greatly reduce the disturbance that arises in a focusing error signal by a astigmatic detection method and offset that arises in the tracking error signal by a push-pull method when reproducing various information storing disks, such as a DVD-RAM disk. It is also desirable to provide an optical disk apparatus which is able to reproduce a variety of high density optical disks, such as DVD-RAM and DVD-ROM disks, as well as conventional disks, such as CD, CD-ROM, CD-R disks, by using a simple optional head. For this purpose, an optical disk apparatus irradiates three optical beams produced by a diffraction grating on the specified position of an optical disk and detects reflected light using a specified optical detector divided into twelve parts.
