Abstract: A replacement lead case includes a case body that forms an inner space surrounded by a rear surface plate and right and left leg plates as a replacement lead accommodation room and has a lid body on the tip end thereof and a case part on a rear part thereof via a bendable thin part provided on the rear surface plate, and a cover member that has a U-shaped cross-section orthogonal to a longitudinal direction molded by a front surface plate and right and left outer leg plates covers the replacement lead accommodation room on a case body with the front surface plate and slidably supports the case body in the longitudinal direction with the leg plates positioned on the inside of the outer leg plates. A rail-shaped guide is formed on the lid body along the longitudinal direction, and the cover member includes a slider that contacts the guide.

Abstract: The needle protection cover of a catheter assembly is provided with: an inner cylinder; an outer cylinder capable of being axially displaced relative to the inner cylinder; a blocking body disposed in the inner cylinder in a displaceable manner; and a lock mechanism for restraining the blocking body at the position where the blocking body blocks an inner needle passage. As an inner needle is pulled out, the blocking body is pressed by contact sections formed on the outer cylinder, thereby being moved from an initial position to a blocking position, and the blocking body is held at the blocking position by the lock mechanism.

Abstract: To provide a puncture device in which an inner needle (3) is accommodated in an inner needle hub (41) by pulling operation of an inner needle, a through hole for inserting the inner needle is blocked, and the inner needle is prevented from protruding outside. The puncture device includes an outer pipe (6) fitted inside the inner needle hub (41) so as to be freely moveable, and an inner pipe (7) fitted inside the outer pipe (6) so as to be freely moveable, which has a through hole (73) for inserting the inner needle (3). The inner pipe (7) includes a through hole block means (space 75, the block body 74) for blocking communicated condition of the through hole, which makes at least part of the through hole move from a position where the inner needle (3) is inserted to a position where the inner needle (3) is blocked.
