    Abstract: A sound proof structure is provided at the engine main body of a power unit in which the transmission case forming the storing chamber storing a transmission covers a part of the engine main body from a side part and is cooperatively arranged to extend toward the driving wheel, and the sound-proof cover covering the outer face of the transmission case is fixed to the transmission case, and noise released from the transmission case is sufficiently restricted by a simple structure.
