  • Publication number: 20150363230
Abstract: A method of extracting parallelism of an original program by a computer includes: a process of determining whether or not a plurality of macro tasks to be executed after a condition of one conditional branch included in the original program is satisfied are executable in parallel; and a process of copying the conditional branch regarding which the macro tasks are determined to be executable in parallel, to generate a plurality of conditional branches.

  • Patent number: 6431664
Abstract: A wheel comprising (i) an axle secured to a movable body, (ii) a rotator journaled on the axle so as to be freely rotatable and having at least three apexes disposed rotationally symmetrically around the axle, and (iii) rollers, each roller being mounted on one of the apexes of the rotator so as to be freely rotatable. Each side between apexes of the rotator is provided with a guiding surface which has small frictional resistance and is slidable.

  • Patent number: 4604782
Abstract: A pair of separable slide fastener stringers is fed along in one plane along parallel spaced paths, respectively, toward throats of a Y-shaped guide channel in a slider fixed in position. Pins of the stringers are inserted into the guide channel through the throats, respectively. The pins as they emerge from a rear end of the slider are stopped when rows of coupling elements start intermeshing with each other within the guide channel. The separable slide fastener stringers are moved again at the same speed to bring the rows of coupling elements into intermeshing engagement.

  • Patent number: 4580326
Abstract: A pair of separable slide fastener stringers is fed in one plane along parallel spaced paths, respectively, toward throats of a Y-shaped guide channel in a slider fixed in position. Pins of the stringers are introduced into the guide channel through the throats, respectively, in the slider while keeping the separable slide fastener stringers in the parallel spaced paths. The separable slide fastener stringers are inserted through the slider with the pins guided by guide flanges, respectively, and a diamond of the slider while moving the separable slide fastener stringers in the one plane along the parallel spaced paths and at the same time allowing the stringer tapes to flex.

  • Patent number: 4237604
Abstract: An apparatus for interengaging a pair of rows of slide fastener coupling elements on a pair of stringer tapes, respectively, with a pair of top end stops mounted on the stringer tapes respectively at confronting ends of the rows of coupling elements, includes a base and a pairing guide mounted on the base and normally defining a substantially Y-shaped guide channel including a pair of branched guide passages for receiving disengaged rows of coupling elements, respectively, and a joint passage for discharging interengaged rows of coupling elements. The pairing guide comprises first guide means fixed to the base and including first flange means defining the branched guide passages, and second guide means movably supported on the base and including second flange means normally defining the joint passage. The Y-shaped guide channel is thus normally defined jointly by the first and second flange means.

  • Patent number: 4226577
Abstract: Disclosed is an injection molding apparatus for the manufacture of continuous slide fastener chain. In the disclosed arrangement a small projection is formed on a portion of a runner molded together with a row of fastener elements at the time the elements are injection molded on a pair of stringer tapes, the small projection being detected as a portion of the as yet unfinished slide fastener chain when the stringer tapes are fed. Upon detection of the projection the introduction of the tapes into the molds is halted and the tapes, which have been intentionally fed to an excessive degree, are retracted by an amount equal to such excess. During the retraction the posterior end of the runner abuts a stopper provided on one of the pair of molds thereby to position the tapes for the next injection molding cycle.

  • Patent number: 4222723
Abstract: Disclosed are molds, one being stationary the other movable, for the injection molding of continuous slide fastener chain, each of the molds being provided with a upper runner stopper located at the end portion of a runner cavity on the tape entrance side of the molds, the upper runner stopper having a trapezoidal portion which projects toward the interior of the runner cavity, and with a lower runner stopper disposed on the tape exit side of the molds, the stationary mold having a positioning stopper adjacent said lower runner stopper, the positioning stopper having a trapezoidal portion of a shape to engage with a recess formed in the posterior end of a runner by means of the trapezoidal portion of the upper runner stopper.
