The blend comprises a blend of a graft copolymer of a linear low density polyethylene backbone grafted with at least one grafting monomer which is one or more polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acids or anhydrides thereof, blended with a polyolefin blending resin. The disclosure also includes methods of adhering the blend to one or more substrates.

The disclosure also includes a method of making such catalysts and a method of making polymers of one or more 1-olefins by the use of these catalysts under polymerizing conditions.
