  • Publication number: 20100186340
Abstract: A reinforcing bar locking device that can be easily locked at a position relatively far from an end portion of a reinforcing bar and apply a strong locking force to the reinforcing bar. The reinforcing bar (10) has a body member (11) having a through hole (11a) in which the reinforcing bar is insertable and also has a pair of fitting members (12) fitted between the reinforcing bar inserted into the through hole (11a) and the inner peripheral surface of the through hole (11a). The inner peripheral surface (11b) of the through hole (11a) is of a funnel shape whose diameter is reduced in the direction of the center axis (C). A female screw thread part (12a) with which the reinforcing bar engages is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the fitting member (12). The outer peripheral surface (12b) of the fitting member (12) is a conical surface that has surface contact with the inner peripheral surface (11b) of the body member (11).

  • Publication number: 20090169294
Abstract: A reinforcing bar connector is capable of connecting reinforcing bars easily and in a short time without using a screw-tightening tool. The reinforcing bar connector has a reinforcing bar holding section having a female screw thread part screwed on a male screw part on the outer periphery of the reinforcing bar; a flat, plate-shaped engaging section extending in the direction of a center axis C from the reinforcing bar holding section; a locking projection provided on the engaging section; and a locking hole provided in the engaging section and allowing for engagement of the locking projection of another reinforcing bar connector to the locking hole. A stopper for preventing the locking projection from falling out of the locking hole is provided at a distal end of the locking projection. An attaching hole having an inner diameter through which the stopper can pass is formed next to the engaging hole.

  • Publication number: 20090028666
Abstract: A nut for a reinforcing bar capable of stably maintaining its screwed state with a reinforcing bar and enabling the reduction of its projecting portion from the end face of a structural body. The nut for a reinforcing bar (10) comprises a cylindrical body part (10a), a regular hexagonal flange (10b) formed at one end of the body part (10a), and a female screw thread part formed on the inner peripheral surface of the flange (10b). The body part (10a) is insertable into a through hole formed in a concrete block, and the female screw thread part formed on the inner peripheral surface of the body part (10a) can be screwed onto a male screw part formed on the outer periphery of the reinforcing bar inserted into the through hole. Three pairs of flat parts (10d) parallel with each other with respect to the center axis (X) of the body part (10a) are formed on the outer periphery of the regular hexagonal flange (10b).

  • Publication number: 20060156673
Abstract: A block (10) for construction capable of constructing a flat structure by arranging the plurality of blocks in a flat state with four outer peripheral surfaces thereof, that are, an upper surface (10a), a lower surface (10b), a left side surface (10c), and a right side surface (10d) brought into contact with each other. In the block (10) for construction, a plurality of through holes (11) for inserting bar-like stretching members therein are formed parallel with the front surface (10f) and the rear surface (10e) thereof, and recessed parts (12) are formed in the upper surface (10a) and lower surface (10b) forming outer peripheral surfaces crossing the axial direction of the through holes (11) to dispose the other stretching members in a direction three-dimensionally crossing the stretching members inserted into the through holes (11).

  • Patent number: 5241984
Abstract: An elastically movable valve having a through hole is installed at a required position in the path of a fluid. At the time of normal operation, the fluid is allowed to pass through the through hole, but if the fluid pressure is increased to a certain level over that of normal operation, the valve is elastically deformed by this high fluid pressure allowing it to come into contact with its valve seat and stopping the fluid flow.Since it has no sliding part for the motion of a movable valve. The dust are not generated and, the fluid used in a fluid circuit requiring a high degree of cleanness is always guaranteed to have a high degree of cleanness. As there is no space for the fluid to stagnate, the new fluid is not partially contaminated with the previous fluid after exchanging fluid.

  • Patent number: 5231366
Abstract: A superconducting magnetic field generating apparatus, and coil, a superconducting wire, a method of producing a coil and a method of connecting a superconducting wire which are suitable for such a superconducting magnetic field generating apparatus are disclosed. The superconducting magnetic field generating apparatus has a coil of a wound superconducting wire which is composed of superconducting wires with the end portions thereof connected with each other. Each of the superconducting wires is composed of a plurality of superconducting material wires embedded in a stabilizing member. The group of superconducting material wires is embedded at the connecting portion in a state in which the superconducting material wires are densely gathered to the central portion of the stabilizing member and the superconducting material wires are directly in contact with each other.

  • Patent number: 4743526
Abstract: An alloy having variable spectral reflectance having a composition which essentially consists of Ag, 30 to 46 wt % of Zn and 0.1 to 15 wt % in total of at least one element selected from elements of groups Ia, IIa, Iva, Va, VIa, VIIa, VIII, Ib to Vb and rare earth elements, the alloy being able to have different crystal structures, one of which is obtained when it is held in solid state at a first temperature above the room temperature, another of which is obtained when the same is held in the solid state at a second temperture lower than said first temperature. Disclosed also is an information recording medium made of the alloy. The alloy exhibits a reversible change in color or spectral reflectance as a result of change between two crystal phases, so that the information recording medium produced from this alloy can be used effectively as the medium for recording, regeneration and erasion of the informations.

  • Patent number: 4563126
Abstract: A casing of a blower of the improved construction easy to assemble and low in noise level, and a ventilating fan utilizing such casing. The casing of the blower includes a frame, and spiral cases arranged in the frame and having suitable elasticity with respect to the frame, the spiral cases having external dimensions slightly larger than the internal dimensions of the frame in natural condition, so that the spiral cases can be securedly held in place in the frame by the elasticity of the spiral cases themselves.
