Abstract: This document presents a system and method for presenting vetted and verified Supplier information to Buyers. The Know Your Suppler (TYS) Application collects previously vetted and verified Supplier information and commits the collected information, verification authorities, verification details, and transaction information to a shared distributed ledger implemented as a privately permissioned blockchain. Buyers who want to onboard a newly identified Supplier, or update Supplier information with more recently verified information records, may subscribe to the TYS Application and purchase available vetted and verified Supplier information to optimize the onhoarding or updating process for Suppliers from whom the Buyer wants to purchase goods or services.

Abstract: A system and method for document creation, documentation, storage and deletion using blockchain technology features a user computational device and enterprise HR Application communicating with an application server through a computer network. The application services direct which service to initiate based on instructions from the user computational device and enterprise HR application. A user can log into the system, creates a draft document by filing out a template, and optionally attach supporting materials. The system then starts an approval process until an approved and finalized document is created and added to the blockchain. All drafts are then permanently eliminated. Permanent records of the specific documents received by specific users can also be immutably created. The system provides powerful search capabilities that are customizable to the user's needs.

Abstract: A vote by mail system that also cryptographically tracks and secures votes is described herein. In some embodiments, the mail system cryptographically tracks and secures votes through the use of a block chain like those used in cryptographic currencies. In some embodiments, the block chain is used to record some data regarding the mailed in votes in order to demonstrate the accuracy of the election. In some embodiments, they system also allows voters to vote using scanned versions of ballots received by mail. Further, in some embodiments, the system coordinates the mailing of absentee ballots that can then be used with the system.
