Abstract: A device (10) for assembling two structural elements comprising a radio frequency tag (30) incorporating an antenna for transmitting data concerning the status of the assembly to an external control unit. It further comprises a metallic element (31) taking up a first position before the structural elements are assembled, and a second position after said assembly. The metallic element (31) interferes in one of said positions with the transmission and/or reception of the antenna of the radio frequency tag (30), and does not interfere with said transmission and/or said reception in the other position.

Abstract: A device for assembling two constructional elements is equipped with an assembly control system (CR) comprising a sensor (26) for measuring a physical assembly control parameter and a radiofrequency label (14) communicating with said measuring sensor (26). The control system (CR) is capable of determining a characteristic curve representative of the change in the physical control parameter during the assembly of the two constructional elements. The radiofrequency label (14) is capable of transmitting a control signal (SC) representative of said characteristic curve to a control unit (31) situated remotely for comparison with a predetermined specific curve.

Abstract: The invention relates to a device for covering a recess in a carrier part (8), said device comprising a shaft (1) that can be guided through the recess (7), a covering screen (6) that is connected to the shaft (1) and laterally protrudes in relation to the same, and a catch arrangement (3, 4) connected to the shaft (1). Said catch arrangement (3, 4) is designed in such a way that it engages with the carrier part (8) when an axial force is applied to the shaft (1), and the covering screen (6) lies in a bearing region on a bearing side (11) of the carrier part (8). According to the invention, the covering screen (6) comprises a rigid peripheral outer section (9) and a peripheral deformation section (12) arranged between the outer section (9) and the shaft (1), said deformation section being less rigid than the outer section (9). In this way, the covering screen (6) can be prevented from pivoting even with the application of relatively high insertion forces.

Abstract: A detachable metal fixing rivet comprising a retaining body (12) and a pin (11) having an elongate shaft equipped with at least a first notch and a second notch spaced longitudinally along the shaft (14). The retaining body (12) is made of cut and folded metal sheet, having a first pair of guide tabs (24a) for guiding the shaft (14), and a second pair of elastic tabs (25a) provided with a series of latching lugs (40) that ensure positive locking at the end of the insertion travel of the pin (11) into the body (12). The first pair of guide tabs (24a) is provided with at least one spring leaf (27a) cooperating either with the first notch (16a) of the shaft (14), in an “up,” premounted position of the pin (11), or with the second notch, in a “down,” locking position.

Abstract: The invention relates to a fixing device with a clip base (3) for introduction into a recess. The clip base (3) has a base shaft (4) running from a head piece (1), provided with a number of wings (7, 8), arranged on the peripheral edges of the base shaft (4). The base shaft (4) comprises a number of boundary edges (5, 6), between which a cavity (20) is embodied. The fixing device thus has a relatively light and flexible embodiment.

Abstract: An expansion rivet comprises a holding element (1) provided with a bearing plate (2) and legs (7). An actuating element (11) provided with a head plate (12) and a shank (13) is also present. In a locking position, the head plate (12) abuts the bearing plate (2). The engagement of expansion projections in an active region causes the legs (7) to be splayed outwardly. Attached to the shank (13) is at least one projecting detent lug (17), which is shallowly beveled away from the head plate (12) via a sliding surface (18) and is set at a steep angle confronting the head plate (12) via a reverse detention surface (19).
