  • Patent number: 9176321
Abstract: A continuous scanning module is described, comprising: a polygonal scanning drum (9) rotating at substantially constant speed (f9) and provided with a plurality of first reflecting side faces (9.1-9.7) and at least one polygonal forward motion compensation-forward motion compensation drum (15) rotating synchronously with the scanning drum (9). The forward motion compensation drum (15) is provided with second reflecting side faces (15.1-15.7)) each of which receives an image from a corresponding first reflecting face of the scanning drum, and reflects it towards a scanning path.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: January 9, 2013
Date of Patent: November 3, 2015

  • Publication number: 20030213897
Abstract: In an infrared-radiation detecting camera the following are provided: an optical path with at least one collimator (5) and one scanning mirror (7); infrared-radiation detecting means (11); and at least one temperature reference with a radiating surface (31A) at a controlled temperature. The temperature reference comprises a reflecting prism (17) which receives a radiation emitted by the radiating surface and reflects it in the optical path towards the detecting means (11).

  • Patent number: 6166377
Abstract: An infrared image sensor, in particular one of the interlaced parallel scanning type, is described. The infrared image sensor has an optical focusing system for focusing an image on a matrix of sensitive elements (55) for the detection of the image. A collimator unit (5) forms a focal plane. The collimator unit is disposed at the entry of the sensor. At least one thermal reference (33), whose image is projected on the matrix (55), is disposed on the optical path of the image inside the sensor.
