  • Publication number: 20100239853
Abstract: The invention relates to an adhesive composition with an adjustable separating force, which contains an aqueous polymer dispersion and inorganic particles, preferably nanoparticles, and also to the use thereof. Furthermore, the invention relates to an object having an adhesive layer which can be obtained by drying the above-mentioned adhesive composition, in particular to a flat carrier material, such as paper or a film.

Inventors: Andreas Hartwig, Kerstin Albinsky, Monika Sebald
  • Patent number: 7569624
Abstract: The invention concerns an adhesive composition for producing thermoset products, capable of being heated by means of an electric field, a magnetic field, an electromagnetic field or an alternating electromagnetic field, and containing filler particles which are metallic, ferromagnetic, ferrimagnetic, superparamagnetic or paramagnetic. Said adhesive composition can be hardened under the action of heat to form a high-resistance stable adhesive assembly, said resulting adhesive assemblies capable of being likewise dissociated under the action of heat.

  • Publication number: 20070142495
Abstract: The invention relates to a filled polymerisable dental material comprising, in an organic binding agent, a partially aggregated nanometric filler and another inorganic and/or organic filler. The invention has the advantages of nanometric fillers in dental materials, based on economical aggregated fillers such as silicon dioxide obtained by pyrolysis.

  • Publication number: 20060084723
Abstract: Method for production of nanocomposites from nanopowders present in agglomerated form and organic binders. Through surface modification of the nanofillers in an organic medium it is possible to divide the agglomerates permanently to such an extent that transparent nanocomposites can be preserved. The modified nanopowder is preferably isolated as a dry intermediate. The production of the disclosed nanocomposites is simpler than the production of nanocomposites by the sol-gel technique and in addition is more flexible and has wider applicability. An important application for the nanocomposites is scratch-resistant paints.
