A removable fluid dispensing unit has a front face defining a front face area, a back surface in opposition to the front face, and removable nozzle apertures arranged on the front face, the back surface adapted to overlap the second area of the fixed spray face and protrude in every portion from the fixed spray face. A handle and fluid supply house are provided.

The switching modules are activated by a linear depressing or a rocking motion that contrasts with rotary motions associated with rotating a valve stem. The switching module designs are agnostic to the faucet design meaning that the switching modules are universal in that the modules fit any faucet design. The switching modules work with a variety of activation methods used in faucet design illustratively including rocker switch concepts, push concepts, and a horizontal/perpendicular push concepts. Faucet manufacturers purchase a module based on the type of activation that they prefer for seamless integration in their faucet design.

Abstract: A faucet for coupling to a pressurized fluid supply that including a hollow faucet body, a faucet head, a disc valve positioned within the head, and a valve control device. The faucet body having a base at a first end and a second end in fluid communication with the first end. The faucet head having a first end and an outlet at a second end, the first end of the head being removably attached to the second end of the faucet body. The disc valve that is positioned within the faucet head being configured to induce fluid flow and control a temperature of the fluid flow from the pressurized fluid supply through the outlet of the faucet head. The valve control device being positioned on an exterior surface of the faucet head and is mechanically connected to the disc valve and configured to actuate the disc valve.

Abstract: An improved method of securing a pipe to a connector is provided that includes inserting an end of the pipe into the connector with sufficient force for the pipe to fully seat in the connector. The inventive improvement is generating an auditory signal, a visual signal, or combination thereof in response to pipe fully seating in the connector. The signal generation is provided by components within the connector itself or through resort to a sensing tool.

Abstract: An inventive touch faucet device for coupling to a pressurized fluid supply is provided that includes a faucet with a depressible touch surface segment and an outlet, where a mechanical touch mechanism is actuated by the touch surface, and induces a fluid flow from the pressurized fluid supply through the outlet in response to a user depression of the touch surface segment. The touch faucet device may further include a mixing valve for control of fluid temperature and flow rate. The mechanical touch mechanism in embodiments of the inventive touch faucet device includes an activation knob in an activator mechanism that is actuated by pressure applied by the touch surface, and a hydraulic valve in mechanical communication with the activator mechanism, the activator mechanism controlling the hydraulic valve.

A thermostat is optionally provided to moderate sleeve temperature. Additionally, a controller is optionally provided to adjust operating parameters of the thermostat. A kit is also provided that includes the towel warmer partially disassembled and instructions for assembly of the frame assembly and attaching the one or more heating fabric sleeves to the frame assembly.
