    Abstract: A wire harness includes a plurality of covered electrical wires where an insulation sheath is peeled off of each covered electrical wire to expose a lead wire end portion, a connection terminal fixed to an end portion of the covered electrical wire, a heat-shrinkable tube having a hot-melt adhesive laminated to an inner surface thereof covering a predetermined area in a heat-shrunk state, and a connector that irremovably houses the connection terminal in each terminal insertion hole. A connection-side end surface of the connector that is on a side where the connection terminal is connected is positioned so as to conform to an end of the heat shrunk heat-shrinkable tube near a first barrel portion. The connector has a holding tube portion extending integrally from the connection-side end surface and that covers the heat shrunk heat-shrinkable tube, the holding tube portion having a tubular hole that holds the heat-shrinkable tube.

    Abstract: A electrical wire protection tube and a wire harness that can prevent breakage of a wire arranged in the handle swing portion of a two-wheeled vehicle. The electrical wire protection tube includes a tube main body portion made up of ring-shaped ribs and small-diameter short tube portions that are a resin molded body and are alternatingly arranged in a single line so as to form one passageway for an electrical wire. Each ring-shaped ribs has a maximum-diameter ridgeline portion and first and second truncated cone surface portions that are respectively located on different sides of the ridgeline portion and are inclined toward the small-diameter short tube portions. When the tube main body portion is bent into a U shape, the small-diameter short tube portions stretch on one side such that the first and second truncated cone surface portions of adjacent ring-shaped ribs come into close contact on the opposite side.

Also, in a trapezoidal upper surface portion and a trapezoidal lower surface portion that are adjacent to each other, sides thereof in the tape length direction are connected to each other in an integrated manner by a rectangular side wall portion.

    Abstract: A multicircuit cable connector which includes a multicircuit, an insulation layer thereon, and a matching circuit which is placed on the layer. The multicircuit is a plurality of conductive strips which run along the length of the cable. The matching circuit is a means for interconnecting certain of the strips with one another and consists of interconnecting portions carrying terminals thereon. The interconnecting portions extend transversely of the cable and their length and location are determined by the arrangement of conductive strips in the cable and which of them are to be connected to each other. A U-shaped clip of generally channel shape is provided and the bottom thereof is pressed against a multicircuit conductor and the sides extend through the layer and are crimped onto the terminals on the interconnecting portions of the matching circuit, thereby completing the connection.
