  • Patent number: 4975626
Abstract: A scanner motor controller for a laser printer or the like having a polygonal rotating mirror rotated by a scanner motor to reflect a laser beam for scanning operation. The scanner motor controller comprises a rotating speed control circuit for controlling the scanner motor for operation at a constant rotating speed on the basis of phase deviation and frequency deviation of a FG pulse signal generated by the scanner motor from a reference clock, and a rotating speed varying circuit for varying the rotating speed of the scanner motor within one turn of the polygonal rotating mirror.

  • Patent number: 4856603
Abstract: The invention provides an electronic weighing instrument of the electrostatic capacity type which eliminates an influence on a measured weight value of a rate of change in oscillation frequency which is caused by environmental conditions such as an ambient temperature or a humidity. The electronic instrument comprises a pair of capacitors having capacitances which are differentially varied by a displacement caused by a load. The capacitors are alternately connected to the oscillating circuit at predetermined intervals of time, and each time either of the capacitors is connected to the oscillating circuit, an oscillation frequency is fetched from the oscillating circuit. Then, a difference and a sum between two different oscillation frequencies successively fetched from the oscillating circuit are calculated, and the difference is divided by the sum to obtain a measured weight value.

  • Patent number: 4766506
Abstract: A television synchronizing signal processing circuit includes a reproduction/demodulation circuit for repetitively reading a video signal corresponding to one field from a video signal recording medium and demodulating the video signal and for separating a synchronizing signal from a reproduced/demodulated signal, a first delay circuit for permitting the video signal of the reproduced/demodulated signal which is supplied for every other field from the reproduction/demodulation circuit to be delayed by a time corresponding to one half the period H of a horizontal synchronizing signal, a second delay circuit for delaying a vertical synchronizing signal of the synchronizing signal which is supplied from the reproduction/demodulation circuit, and a waveform synthesizing circuit for synthesizing output signals from the first and second delay circuits to produce a composite video signal. In the processing circuit, the second delay circuit has a variable time TD which is variable within a range of0<TD<H/2.

  • Patent number: 4680631
Abstract: A television composite video signal processing circuit has a readout circuit for repeatedly reading out a one-field composite video signal from a disk memory. A delay circuit delays the composite video signal from the readout circuit by 1/2 of a horizontal sync signal period H, and a pedestal clamping circuit sets the pedestal levels of the composite video signals from the delay circuit and the readout circuit to a predetermined level. A signal selector alternately supplies the composite video signals from the readout circuit and the delay circuit to the pedestal clamping circuit for every other field, and a peak level correction circuit corrects the peak level of the delayed video signal in the delayed composite video signal from the delay circuit.

  • Patent number: 4675751
Abstract: A television synchronization signal processing circuit includes a reproduction/demodulation circuit for reproducing a video signal by repeatedly reading out a video signal for one field from a video signal recording medium, generating the reproduced video signal and a synchronization signal separated from the reproduced video signal, a first delay circuit for delaying the reproduced video signal read out for every other field from the reproduction/demodulation circuit by one half a period of the horizontal synchronization signal, signal transmitting circuit for transmitting a vertical synchronization signal included in the separated synchronization signal from the reproduction/demodulation circuit, and waveform synthesis circuit for synthesizing output signals from the first delay circuit and signal transmitting circuit to produce a composite video signal used for effecting video display.

  • Patent number: 3979773
Abstract: A magnetic recording and reproducing apparatus comprises a drive mechanism for running an endless magnetic tape of less than 300 m at a higher speed than 5 meters per second; a restricting member interlocking with the roll of said rapidly moving endless magnetic tape wound on a reel to apply a force against a centrifugal force generated on the tape roll so as to prevent it from being shaken unnecessarily; and a stationary magnetic head so arranged that the head is stational in a tape running direction and intermittently movable in a tape width direction to record frequency-modulated video signals in, and reproducing said signals from, the magnetic tape.

  • Patent number: 3957190
Abstract: Apparatus includes a support with a bucket for receiving a tape cassette, the support being swingable to a position in which the part of a tape is delivered from the cassette so as to be inserted into a tape travelling path of a tape travelling device. The delivering operation of the tape is automatically performed by the movement of the support.

  • Patent number: 3946959
Abstract: An endless tape-running apparatus comprises guide means for guiding an endless tape taken up on a reel, starting with the innermost periphery of the tape roll on the reel and again taking up the running tape on the outermost periphery of the tape roll, drive means for running the tape along said guide means at a higher speed than 5 meters per second, and a restricting means for preventing the endless tape roll rotated by said drive means from having its diameter broadened due to a great centrifugal force being applied to the endless tape roll by said rapid rotation.
