An evaluator is housed on the server. The evaluator receives input data by the solicitor and determines at a first stage whether the input data is complete to receive further evaluation, and at a second stage whether the input data as a whole falls within one or more specific pathways of further data evaluation.

Abstract: A computerised transaction server (1), for the conclusion of contracts between service users and service providers, comprises a user interface with several data input modules (151), having data input fields for the input of data relating to the object of the contract. Data rules and business rules, provided for the data input fields, are stored in a regulatory databank (18). The quality of inputted data values are verified by the transaction server (1), according to the provided data rules and the data values are evaluated based on the provided business rules. Various contract conclusion processes (141, 142) and/or data input modules (151) for the input of additional data are automatically selected and activated by the transaction server, depending on the result of the evaluation. For the checking and evaluation of the data values, sets of rules with differing business rules and/or data rules are selected by the transaction server (1), depending on inputted data values.

Abstract: A method of linking together digital information objects of a digital information space includes creating an overlay. The overlay includes at least one concept node, each concept node expressing one concept. A digital information object in the digital information space is accessed. The digital information object is examined to determine if at least one concept in common with concepts expressed in concept nodes is included. If the digital information object and the overlay include at least one common concept, the digital information object is automatically and dynamically linked to each concept node expressing common concepts. A user may create an information node in the overlay representing the digital information object.

Abstract: A document retrieval and navigational system and method based on a user's role, scenario, and context in a given context or scenario. A database is provided which has a plurality of documents which are stored therein. Each document having metadata defined by at least one predetermined tag and corresponding value which is assigned thereto. Selection criteria is received and corresponds to a user scenario. The received selection criteria is compared to the metadata of each document to determine if there is a document match. In the case that a document match is found, a retrieval report is generated for presentation on the output device which includes each document match.

Abstract: A method for authenticating access by a user to non-natively secured applications intended for use in cooperation with an operating system having a native security system. A profile is assigned to the user which defines the user's access rights to the non-natively secured applications. At least one datastore is provided in communication with the operating system for storing the user's profile relating to each of the non-natively secured applications, including an access control list defining authorized users and a set of pooled accounts authenticated for access to the respective non-natively secured application. The user's profile is compared with the access control list for the selected non-natively secured application to determine if a user is valid for the request.
