Abstract: A system that provides cloud based identity management, at a first microservice, saves a current state on a cookie that is stored on a browser, where the current state is saved in a format specific to the first microservice. The system performs an operation on the first microservice that generates a first portion of information and a second portion of information. The system stores the first portion of information related to the operation on the cookie, the first portion including the current state. The system provides a second portion of information related to the operation to a second microservice as a query parameter on a redirect Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”), where the second portion is removed from the cookie.

Abstract: A system for authenticating a request to access a protected network resource behind two security layers is disclosed. The system includes a client which contains a web browser, a first server tier, and second server tier. The first server tier is protected behind a first security layer and hosts a first software object and second software object. The first server tier is operatively coupled to the client system via a first connection wherein the first software object and second software object are configured to be in communications with the web browser. The second server tier is protected behind the first security layer and second security layer and hosts an authentication service. The second server tier is operatively coupled to the first server tier via a second connection wherein the authentication service is configured to be in communications with the second software object.

Abstract: A method and system for dynamically generating web based user interfaces. In one embodiment, a method is disclosed for displaying a user interface over a network to a user. The method begins by reading an HTTP request for authentication from a browser associated with the user. The HTTP request comprises credential information associated with the user. Based on the credential information, a first plug-in module from a plurality of plug-in modules is invoked to authenticate the user. Also, each of the plurality of plug-in modules provide similar authentication services. An authentication user interface is dynamically generated based on the HTTP request and configuration properties that are defined by the first plug-in module.

Abstract: A method for system management of configuration data used by server or groups of servers. In one embodiment, the present invention is comprised of providing information relative to components of the system being managed. A common language is utilized to express the information. An interface is provided to enable inputting of said information. The interface also enables management of the inputted information. In one embodiment, the information is validated during inputting. The validation of inputted information ensures that the information inputted is compliant with a schema of the information. In one embodiment, the information is comprised of defined tasks that are performed by the components of the system. The information is further comprised of specified configurations relative to the defined tasks. The information further comprises a declared schema for representing the information.
