  • Publication number: 20230042456
Abstract: Increasing space-time-yield, carbon-conversion-efficiency and carbon substrate flexibility in the production of fine chemicals The inventors of the current invention have found a surprising positive effect of increased cAMP levels and/or manipulating the PTS system on the space-time-yield, carbon-conversion-efficiency and carbon substrate flexibility of fine chemical production of a host organism. This was achieved by de-regulating adenylate cyclase cyaa by deleting the C-terminal regulatory region leading to increased cAMP levels or deleting the Crr protein activity (carbohydrate repression resistance) which regulates the carbohydrate utilization system. Both lead to increased 2-fucosyllactoe and 6-sialyllactose production (human milk oligosaccharides) and increase carbohydrate usage.

  • Patent number: 11564245
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive an uplink grant via downlink control signaling for a cell group. The UE may determine an uplink error rate for the cell group based on the downlink control signaling. The UE may identify a radio link failure condition for uplink based on the uplink error rate exceeding an uplink error rate threshold. The UE may transmit a radio link failure indication indicating that the radio link failure condition is based on the uplink error rate. The network may send a cell group reconfiguration message to the UE to release the cell group.

  • Patent number: 11546826
Abstract: Embodiments described herein provide an optimal communication channel recommendation engine by assessing whether the environment the customer is situated in is conducive to the channel selected by the customer. Specifically, the optimal channel recommendation engine obtains data artifacts indicative of ambient noise, motion, customer sentiment, network quality, customer focus, and/or the like to assess quality of the environment and recommend an optimal channel for the communication between the customer and the call agent. With the recommendation to switch to a different channel, the client component resumes communication with the new channel and retains the context of the interaction.

  • Patent number: 11546253
Abstract: Techniques are described for providing fast reroute for traffic in EVPN-VXLAN. For example, a backup PE device of an Ethernet segment is configured with an additional tunnel endpoint address (“reroute tunnel endpoint address”) for a backup path associated with a second split-horizon group that is different than a tunnel endpoint address and first split-horizon group for another path used for normal traffic forwarding. The backup PE device sends the reroute tunnel endpoint address to a primary PE device of the Ethernet segment, which uses the reroute tunnel endpoint address to configure a backup path to the backup PE device over the core network. For example, the primary PE device may install the reroute tunnel endpoint address within its forwarding plane and one or more operations to cause the primary PE device to encapsulate a VXLAN header including the reroute tunnel endpoint address when rerouting the packet along the backup path.

  • Publication number: 20220417302
Abstract: Systems and methods for peer-to-peer video streaming from an edge data storage device to a browser are described. A media device, such as a surveillance video camera, may include a media server and a proxy server. The media server may send media streaming files using a first data transfer protocol to the proxy server in the media device. Using a second data transfer protocol, the proxy server on the media device may establish a secure peer-to-peer connection to another proxy server on a user device. The proxy server on the user device may provide the media streaming files to an internet browser on the user device and the internet browser may display the media from the media streaming file.

  • Publication number: 20220405659
Abstract: Embodiments relate to a system, program product, and method for automatically executing an impact analysis of a data analytics pipeline to determine impacts to the pipeline subject to changes to input data and the pipeline. The method includes determining, automatically, components of the pipeline that are impacted by the implemented changes. The method also includes identifying datasets to rescore through the pipeline. Each of the datasets to rescore have been scored through the pipeline prior to the changes such that previous scores of each of the respective datasets have been determined by the pipeline prior to the changes. The method further includes rerunning, through only the determined impacted components, the datasets, thereby generating rescores of the datasets. The method also includes retrieving each of the previous scores of the datasets, comparing the rescores with the respective previous scores, and transmitting, subject to the comparing, alerts to an output device.

  • Publication number: 20220400465
Abstract: Positioning for user equipments (UEs) in a wireless network is supported by restricting position reference signal (PRS) configuration parameters for a Transmission Reception Point (TRP) based on PRS configuration used by co-located TRPs. The PRS configuration parameters for the TRP may be restricted by restricting orthogonality of the PRS resources with respect to PRS resources from co-located TRPs to only code division multiplexing, and other types of orthogonality such as time division multiplexing and frequency divisional multiplexing are not permitted for co-located TRPs. The PRS configuration parameters for the TRP may be restricted to the same muting sequence type, e.g., inter-instance and/or intra-instance muting, as used by co-located TRPs. The PRS configuration parameters, e.g., related to orthogonality and/or muting, are not restricted with respect to non-co-located TRPs.

  • Publication number: 20220372386
Abstract: This invention is related to an additive composition comprising metal-based quantum clusters (QCs) dispersed in a hydrocarbon medium. The additive composition is useful as a fuel additive, as it acts as a combustion improver for liquid and gaseous fuels. The invention describes a process for the synthesis of the additive composition comprising metal-based materials in atomic cluster form in hydrocarbon dispersible medium. The stable liquid dispersion of the QC has been doped into the hydrocarbon fuels at required concentrations. The measurable flame temperature of the fuels, e.g., commercial LPG on burner has been observed to increase by at least 60-80° C. The flame with high heat through put can be used for efficient cooking, heating, annealing and other high thermal applications. The additive composition may also be used to improve the fuel economy of the liquid hydrocarbon fuels.

  • Publication number: 20220365164
Abstract: A mobile device and base station are enabled to support improved positioning accuracy in the presence of phase noise in high frequency radio network, such as in 5G New Radio network operating in mmWave. Phase Tracking Reference Signal (PTRS) may be transmitted with Positioning Reference Signals (PRS) and used for positioning and/or used to correct the phase offset between symbols in the PRS. A request may be made to transmit PTRS alone or with the PRS, or that the PRS is transmitted with a specific PRS frame structure, e.g., with a specific comb value, that minimizes the impact of phase noise. The PTRS or a phase ramp of the staggered symbols in the PRS may be used to estimate and correct the phase offset. Less than all of the symbols transmitted in the PRS may be used to generate positioning measurements to minimize the impact of phase noise.

  • Publication number: 20220365840
Abstract: The present disclosure involves systems, software, and computer implemented methods for automated message processing. Information associated with a failure message generated in response to process integration failure between two computer-implemented applications is received. The two computer-implemented applications include a sender application and a receiver application. The information includes a sender application/receiver application interface and details that caused the failure. Using the received information, multiple failure message similar to the failure message are identified. The identified messages were generated in response to the same process integration failure between the two computer-implemented applications. For either the sender or the receiver application, a resolution class operation executable to rectify the process integration failure is identified. The resolution class operation is simultaneously executed for all of the multiple failure messages.

  • Patent number: 11460532
Abstract: A user equipment uses positioning reference signals (PRS) and non-PRS signals for position measurements. The non-PRS signals may be downlink and sidelink signals wherein the non-PRS are downlink or sidelink signals that are transmitted for purposes unrelated to positioning. Positioning assistance data is provided to the UE that associates the non-PRS signals with PRS-IDs. The association of the non-PRS signals to the PRS-IDs may be provided by a location server or serving base station. After performing positioning measurements using non-PRS signals, the UE reports measurement information using the PRS-IDs to identify the non-PRS signals used to generate the positioning measurements.
