    Abstract: A valve control device for controlling a drive device that drives a valve includes: an operation amount calculation unit that calculates an operation amount of the drive device at predetermined sampling intervals based on a control deviation between a target value of an opening degree of the valve and an actually measured value of an opening degree of the valve; a state determination unit that determines whether the valve is in a steady or transient state; and a first correction unit that outputs, if the state determination unit determines the valve is in the steady state, a predetermined first correction value corresponding to a sign of the control deviation to correct the operation amount calculated by the operation amount calculation unit with the first correction value.
