  • Publication number: 20240045587
Abstract: Disclosed is an electronic device including a touch screen, a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores instructions that, when executed, cause the at least one processor to detect a handwriting recognition request for a first handwriting input while displaying the first handwriting input on the touch screen, in response to detecting the handwriting recognition request, perform the handwriting recognition for the first handwriting input to identify a text corresponding to the first handwriting input, apply at least one color of the first handwriting input identified based on the handwriting recognition to the text, present a first rich text to which the at least one color has been applied, adjacent to the first handwriting input, and in response to a request for replacing the first handwriting input with the first rich text, replace the first handwriting input with the first rich text.
