  • Patent number: 11057362
Abstract: A method of dynamic adaptive authentication includes receiving a request from a user to access a resource of a network and determining whether the resource is protected. In response to determining that the resource is protected, a dynamic authentication chain is generated. The dynamic authentication chain includes a plurality of authentication schemes that are arranged in a particular order. The method also includes challenging the user with the dynamic authentication chain and receiving a set of credentials from the user based at least in part on the particular order of the dynamic authentication chain. The method includes determining whether the set of credentials satisfies the dynamic authentication chain. In response to determining that the set of credentials satisfies the dynamic authentication chain, the user is authenticated.

  • Publication number: 20210182290
Abstract: A method includes receiving a first search term and a second search term and using the first search term to search a first system that associates the first search term with a plurality of people to retrieve a respective identifier for each of the plurality of people. The second search term and the plurality of identifiers are used to search a second system that associates the second search term with a second plurality of people. The second system returns a count of the number of people who are in both the first plurality of people and the second plurality of people but is prevented from associating the first search term with a person and from releasing the association between the second search term and the second plurality of people. The count is returned as the number of people who have both the first search term and the second search term.

  • Publication number: 20210142794
Abstract: A system for processing user utterances and/or text based queries that tracks entities and other context data of a current dialog between the system and the user and can fill slots for new intents of the dialog by performing statistical processing on previously mentioned entities with respect to current slots to be filled. The system may compare a previously mentioned entity to a current slot to be filled using vector representations, such as word embeddings, of the current utterance, dialog history, current intent, name of an entity under consideration, category of the current slot to be filled, distance between the current dialog turn and the dialog turn that mentioned the entity, and other considerations. The individual vectors may be weighted according to an attention operation and processed by a trained decoder to output a score indicating whether the entity in consideration is relevant to the particular slot.

A rate budget is calculated based on the collected measurements of queue state information. The rate budget comprises commanded bit rates and/or data volumes for each transmit node for a subsequent sampling period. Data representative for the rate budget is provided from the packet-flow controller node over a packet scheduling interface to a packet scheduler node. Packets to be sent to each of the plurality of transmit nodes in a subsequent sampling period are scheduled depending on the received rate budget. • Publication number: 20210093801
Abstract: A dermal injection guide including a needle housing unit comprising a guide tube including a semi-circular blade, a gripper, and a guide tube extension, which when combined with a syringe and cannula configures the dermal injection guide device. In its assembled state, the syringe and cannula is placed and secured in the needle housing unit. In operation, an incision point is made using the blade. Once the incision is made, the operator grips both the gripper and buttons located on the guide tube extension and applies force towards the distal end of the device. This, in turn, pushes the cannula through the needle housing unit and blade, and the cannula is inserted into the patient for the administration of dermal fillers into the dermal layer of the patient.

  • Publication number: 20210064424
Abstract: The embodiments disclosed herein relate to using machine learning to allocate a number of concurrent processes for minimizing the completion time for executing a task having multiple subtasks. Historical data comprising a variety of subtask types with actual completion times is mined to create a set of statistical models for predicting completion time for a type of subtask. To minimize the total time to complete execution of a new task, a certain number of threads is allocated to execute subtasks of the new task. The certain number of threads is determined based on the predicted completion time for the subtasks using the respective statistical model. Threads are assigned to subtasks based on the predicted completion time for the subtasks, and the subtasks assigned to each thread are scheduled for execution.
