  • Patent number: 7117541
Abstract: A glove includes a body having a palm sleeve with a hand entry end, an opposed end, a back of hand face and a palm face. A thumb sleeve is secured to the palm sleeve. A plurality of tubular ammunition sleeves are secured in parallel spaced relation to the back of the hand face of the palm sleeve. Each ammunition sleeve has a first end and a second end. Each ammunition sleeve is adapted to receive a single shell cartridge with a base of the shell cartridge oriented toward the first end of the ammunition sleeve. When ammunition is carried in the ammunition sleeves of the glove described above, it is much safer than carrying a loaded gun while crossing rugged terrain.

  • Publication number: 20020024035
Abstract: A dump valve for a tank includes a liquid retaining tank having a bottom. An outlet is positioned on the bottom of the tank. A valve seat is positioned on the outlet. The valve seat has inwardly tapered sidewalls. As liquid flows through the outlet, debris in the tank tends to wash down the tapered sidewalls of the valve seat. A valve member is provided which is movable between a closed position engaging the valve seat and an open position spaced from the valve seat. An actuator is provided to move the valve member between the closed position and the open position.
