    Abstract: A method of operating a refrigerator is disclosed, by which a silent operation of the refrigerator is enabled. The present invention includes a step (a) of controlling a flow of a refrigerant so that the refrigerant can be introduced into at least one accumulator connected to at least one evaporator selected to be driven and a step (b) of if a compressor stops being driven, switching the flow of the refrigerant so that the refrigerant can be introduced into at least one different accumulator connected to at least one different evaporator to which the flow of the refrigerant was cut off in the course of driving the compressor.
