  • Publication number: 20130259587
Abstract: A processing method for variable drilling-depth, deep-hole chip breaking and removal, comprising: assigning a deep-hole drilling variable value; if the value is correct, drilling a first hole depth; otherwise, alarming and reassigning the value; determining whether the first hole depth is greater than a terminal drilling depth and whether the first hole depth is greater than the defined chip breaking depth; if yes, processing chip breaking and drilling to the currently designated drilling depth and then returning to a safe position for chip removal; determining whether the currently designated drilling depth is greater than a smallest drilling depth, if yes, decreasing the drilling depth progressively according to a designated drilling depth proportion, otherwise, designating the currently designated drilling depth as a new smallest drilling depth and calculating the coordinate of the next drilling depth. Drilling deep hole in accordance with this method can improve efficiency and guarantee drilling safety.

  • Patent number: 8174019
Abstract: A display apparatus includes a thin film transistor having a top-gate structure and a storage capacitor that are arranged on a first substrate. An upper electrode of the storage capacitor has a size larger than a size of a lower electrode, so as to cover an entire surface of the lower electrode in a plan view. Thus, electric field caused by static electricity may be prevented from accumulating at a corner of the upper electrode when the electric filed flows from the lower electrode to the upper electrode, thereby preventing an intermediate insulating layer from being burnt.

  • Publication number: 20120001191
Abstract: An array substrate is disclosed. In one embodiment, the substrate includes 1) a transistor area in which a transistor is formed, 2) a capacitor area in which a capacitor is formed, wherein the capacitor is electrically connected to the transistor and 3) a light transmittance area adjacent to at least one of the transistor area and the capacitor area. The substrate further includes 1) a first insulating layer formed in at least one of the transistor area and the capacitor area, wherein the first insulating layer is not formed in the light transmittance area and 2) a second insulating layer having i) a first portion arranged to substantially overlap with the first insulating layer in the at least one area, and ii) a second portion formed in the light transmittance area.

  • Publication number: 20110145235
Abstract: A method determines core geographical information in a document by computing a score for each geographical name found in the document. The computation of the score uses the appearance frequency of the respective geographical name and positional weights assigned to various types of appearance positions of the geographical name in the document. The system determines the core geographical information in the document based on the scores of the geographical names found in the document. The method may further compute aggregated scores of geographical regions related to the geographical names and determine the core geographical information using both the aggregated scores of geographical regions and the scores of individual geographical names to increase accuracy.

  • Publication number: 20100185663
Abstract: A method and a system provide regional content to users by associating data files with geographical properties and matching the geographical property of a data file with the geographical property of the user. The system extracts geographical information from a data file, and associates the data file with a source geographical property corresponding to the extracted geographical information according to a geographical information database. Upon obtaining a user geographical property of a user, the system provides the data file to the user if the source geographical property matches the user geographical property. The method and the system may be implemented using a geographical name lexicon or a geographical name suffix lexicon.
