The apparatus comprises a plurality of block disposition members configured to have unique coordinate, a main controller configured to identify plural coding blocks disposed on the block disposition members, and a communication module configured to transmit identification information and location information of each of the coding blocks to the user terminal to determine whether or not the coding blocks are disposed according to coding mission information displayed on a screen of the user terminal.
