  • Patent number: 9467913
Abstract: A camera image display system that can transmit and receive images captured by a camera while emphasizing real-time performance. The camera image display system includes an image dividing unit that divides an entire image captured by a camera into divided images, an encoder that converts the divided images into JPEG divided images respectively, and a wireless transmitter that transmits the JPEG divided images. By converting and transmitting the images by each divided image, the camera image display system can display the divided images, which are only parts of the entire image, on the screen when the divided images are transmitted and received satisfactorily. With this, it can improve the real-time performance to display the images on the display unit.

  • Patent number: 6516359
Abstract: An information processing apparatus having a device which processes data at a rate exactly adjusted relative to the rate of a data supplying device without requiring a common clock signal. A writing unit writes data into a buffer memory. When a first half of the buffer memory has become filled with data, a starter makes a reading unit start reading data from the buffer memory. A writing time measurement unit and a reading time measurement unit respectively measure the writing time required to write data in the buffer memory and the reading time required to read data from the buffer memory starting from the first storage location to the exact middle storage location of the buffer memory. A controller controls the rate at which data is read from the buffer memory based on the relationship between the writing time and the reading time.

  • Patent number: 5590047
Abstract: A data processing device which is improved in operational performance and is capable of storing a plurality of disk-shaped recording media. The above device includes a detection function of detecting empty compartment(s) of a stocker from a plurality of compartments 50a-50d differentiated by the identification numbers loaded with a plurality of MDs. The device is further provided with the following three functions. A setting function selects one of empty compartments and sets it as a designated compartment in which a disk to be stored. In response to the depression of one of No. keys so as to set one of the empty compartments as a newly designated compartment, a resetting function resets the designated empty compartment from the compartment set by the setting function to the newly designated compartment. Upon detection of the insertion of an MD through an insertion slot, a transmission function transmits a drive signal to allow the MD to be stored in the newly designated compartment.

  • Patent number: 5537378
Abstract: A data processing device for holding a plurality of recording medium cassettes has a housing with an aperture to receive and discharge the cassettes. A holding member can receive a cassette that has been inserted through the aperture and deliver the cassette to a storage rack for storing a plurality of cassettes. A shutter can be activated to close the aperture. A moving elevator plate contacts the holding device, the storage rack, and the shutter member to enable the aperture to be opened when the holding member can receive a cassette and to be closed when the holding member has been moved from a position adjacent the aperture.
