Abstract: A voltage control circuit includes: a voltage detection circuit configured to detect an input voltage input through an input terminal, and to provide a detection voltage based on the detecting of the input voltage; a comparison circuit configured to compare the detection voltage with a reference voltage, and to provide a comparison result signal based on a result of the comparing of the detection voltage with the reference voltage; a voltage switching circuit connected between the input terminal and an output terminal, and configured to selectively operate in either one of an ON state and an OFF state according to the comparison result signal; and a voltage dropping circuit connected to the voltage switching circuit in parallel, and configured to drop the input voltage to a dropped voltage and output the dropped voltage to the output terminal.
