Abstract: Disclosed exercise systems can provide a user with a plurality of exercise instructions, a plurality of cooking instructions, and a plurality of integration instructions correlating the exercise instructions with the cooking instructions. In this way, disclosed exercise systems can provide a user a simple, step-by-step method of performing exercises or physical activity while cooking and preparing food. Such exercise systems can be beneficial in terms of planning exercise for a user, as well as avoiding the need to carve out a specific time during the day to devote to exercise. Such exercise systems can be in the form of a card or set of cards, with each card containing cooking instructions for a recipe for a different food item, and different sequence or combinations of exercises to perform while cooking the food item.
