  • Patent number: 9571094
Abstract: To provide a switch circuit which is capable of reliably controlling transmission of a voltage from GND to VDD to an internal circuit or shut-off thereof even when a positive or negative voltage is inputted to an input terminal, and thereby reduces the risk of latch-up. A switch circuit is comprised of NMOS transistors, and the gates of the NMOS transistors are controlled by an output voltage of a boosting circuit, thereby making it possible to reliably control transmission or shut-off of a voltage from GND to VDD.

  • Publication number: 20150300284
Abstract: An object is to, in a low-load operating range of a dual-fuel diesel engine or a dual-fuel diesel engine unit including a plurality of the dual-fuel diesel engines, reduce the amount of injection of oil fuel so as to make it possible to make exhaust gas less harmful and to reduce fuel cost. On a cylinder head, a plurality of dual-fuel injectors are disposed, each of which having a gas fuel injector that injects a gas fuel being a main fuel and a pilot fuel injector that injects an oil fuel. In a low-load operating range where it is not necessary for the dual-fuel injectors to inject fuel at the same time for ignition, fuel is injected alternately from the dual-fuel injectors and combusted in every single combustion cycle. As a result, it is possible to halve the amount of injection of oil fuel in the low-load operating range.

  • Patent number: 9118326
Abstract: An output circuit has a smaller area and restrains outputs from becoming unstable even if a power supply voltage is lower than an operating voltage. A supply terminal of an inverter circuit is provided with switch circuit, and the switch circuit stops the operation of the inverter circuit when the power supply voltage is lower than the operating voltage of the circuit. Further, the output terminal of the inverter circuit is provided with a current source to fix the output to the power supply voltage when the operation of the inverter circuit is stopped.

  • Publication number: 20150013638
Abstract: When shifting to the single combustion mode, an electromagnetic opening-and-closing valve V1 is closed so as to block a gas fuel. Then, an electromagnetic opening-and-closing valve V3 is opened so as to discharge the gas fuel remaining in a gas fuel supply path to the outside of the system. Then, an electromagnetic opening-and-closing valve V2 is opened so as to introduce a replacement gas from a replacement gas reservoir tank to the gas fuel supply path, thereby replacing the contents inside the gas fuel supply path with the replacement gas. After completing the replacement, the electromagnetic opening-and-closing valves V2 and V3 are closed. Next, the electromagnetic opening-and-closing valve V2 is opened and the replacement gas is injected from the gas fuel injectors to a combustion chamber.
