  • Publication number: 20240139826
Abstract: A cemented carbide includes a plurality of tungsten carbide particles, and a binder phase including Co. The binder phase further includes Cr. A region in a cross section of the cemented carbide where a distance X between surfaces of the tungsten carbide particles adjacent to each other having an opposing surface length L of 100 nm or more is 5 nm or less is a WC/WC region. A peak value of atomic percentage of Cr obtained by an elemental analysis in a transverse direction from one tungsten carbide particle to the other tungsten carbide particle in the WC/WC region is a Cr value, and a peak value of atomic percentage of Co thus obtained is a Co value. A ratio of the Cr value and the Co value (Cr value/Co value) is a Cr/Co ratio, and the Cr/Co ratio is larger than 1. A cutting tool includes the cemented carbide.

  • Patent number: 8814151
Abstract: In an antivibration device (1), a partition plate (45) includes a main partition plate (46) made of an elastic material interposed between a protruding portion (60) and a support portion (54), and a reinforcement member (47) which is buried in the main partition plate (46) and is configured of a hard body that is harder than the main partition plate (46). The main partition plate (46) divides a main liquid chamber (9A) and a sub-liquid chamber (9B), and blocks the opening end of the hard member (50). A space surrounded by the hard member (50) and the main partition plate (46) constitutes a restriction passage (10). In the main partition plate (46), a communication portion (42) that penetrates therethrough in an axial direction and causes the main liquid chamber (9A) and the restriction passage (10) to communicate is formed. The reinforcement member (47) is disposed to surround the peripheral edge of the communication portion (42) in the main partition plate (46).

  • Patent number: 8651468
Abstract: The present invention provides a tubular vibration-damping mount capable of securing durability against an input in a direction perpendicular to an axis. A tubular vibration-damping mount comprises a core member, a tubular member, a rubber member, an upper surface of which has, as viewed in a cross section including an axis of the core member, a recessed portion in a radially inner direction of the rubber member and an inclined portion whose inclination angle is smoothly and upwardly increased in the radially inner direction from a point on the tubular member as a starting point, and a bracket, wherein the tubular member has, in an area higher than a lower end of an adhesion surface between the tubular member and the rubber member and the upper surface of the rubber member starts from a point on the inner periphery of the diameter-enlarged portion of the tubular member, which the point agrees with the starting point.
