  • Patent number: 9702578
Abstract: An air conditioning control system allows a supply air switching controller to alternately switch outside air control and return air control at a preset switching interval. The supply air switching controller is connected to an air conditioner placed to correspond to each room inside as an air conditioning control subject. The outside air control takes outside air into a temperature/humidity adjustment coil of the air conditioner by opening a first damper provided in the air conditioner in order to adjust an intake volume of the outside air into the air conditioner and by closing a second damper provided in the air conditioner in order to adjust an intake volume of return air from the room inside. The return air control takes the return air from the room inside into the temperature/humidity adjustment coil of the air conditioner by closing the first damper and opening the second damper.

  • Patent number: 6809390
Abstract: Disclosed is a semiconductor chip mounting substrate 4a bearing semiconductor chips 19a and 19b thereof. The first substrate 4a includes a power source line 22 for supplying a supply voltage potential to the semiconductor chips 19a and 19b, a ground line 23 for supplying a ground voltage potential to the semiconductor chips 19a and 19b, output lines 21a and 21b to which an output signal is supplied from the semiconductor chips 19a and 19b, and an insulator layer 11 for covering the output lines 21a and 21b. The insulator layer 11 is formed so that no insulator layer is arranged in the area between the power source line 22 and the ground line 23.

  • Patent number: 6618100
Abstract: A liquid crystal device comprises a plurality of pixel electrodes (6), and nonlinear elements (11) including element-side electrodes (14) electrically connected to the pixel electrodes (6). An element-side electrode (14) is shaped in a pattern (14a) formed along the edge of a pixel electrode (6). The presence of the element-side electrode pattern (14a) makes it possible to prevent etchant from entering between said pixel electrode (6) and the element-side electrode (14) and causing a wire break therebetween in patterning the pixel electrode (6). When the element-side electrode pattern (14a) is made of a substance having a higher light-shielding ability than that of the pixel electrode (6), it may be used as a mark for adjusting position in bonding an element substrate and an opposite substrate.

  • Patent number: 6259505
Abstract: In an electro-optical apparatus, such as a liquid crystal apparatus using a UV-ray curable sealing member, the remnants of non-cured portions in the sealing member is prevented. The liquid crystal apparatus has a structure in which a UV-ray shielding member or a film member, such as an overcoat formed on an opposing-side substrate and a frame-shaped light shielding member formed on a device-side substrate, is placed within the outer frame portion of the liquid crystal apparatus in an neighboring state to the sealing member. The outer periphery portions of the overcoat and the frame-shaped light shielding member corresponding to the corner portion of the sealing member are formed in a curved shape or a shape having obtuse angles such as an arc.
