  • Publication number: 20100290393
Abstract: Provided is a communication terminal that is capable of securing a route having the finest state while suppressing a bandwidth that is consume by a transmission of a control packet at a low level, when applied in an ad-hoc network which uses an electrical power line. The communication terminal included in the ad-hoc network acquires a plurality of route candidates at the beginning of a data transmission by conducting a broadcast transmission of a route creation packet, and acquires a route having the finest state by conducting an unicast transmission of a route estimation packet to each of the route candidates in each predetermined period.

  • Publication number: 20100195656
Abstract: There is provided a communication apparatus which, in an ad-hoc network, when receiving control packets from a plurality of terminals, can determine whether or not there is a collision among the control packets, and, based on the determination, can be prevented from continuing to be out of the network due to a collision among the control packets transmitted from the plurality of terminals. In the communication terminal, a communication section receives a control packet which periodically comes up on a communication path.

  • Publication number: 20100195569
Abstract: Provided is a communication terminal device that reduces, in a network using a power line, the percentage of bands consumed for transmission of control packets in the bands consumed for all the communication, so as to ensure transmission of data intended to be transmitted. A PLC terminal F701 connected to the network of power line communication transmits, when having determined that the terminal does not receive from the network a beacon for a predetermined period of time, a beacon request packet to the network, using a modulation method having the lowest communication speed among the modulation methods that can be used in the network.

  • Patent number: 7638024
Abstract: Disclosed is a capillary electrophoresis method for simultaneously electrophoresing an unknown sample and an internal standard material, determining an earliest peak as a peak derived from the internal standard material, and identifying the unknown sample on the basis of the internal standard substance-derived peak. The internal standard substance consists of a fluorescent substance or a salt thereof which has a positive or negative net charge of 2 or more in an electrolyte solution used for capillary electrophoresis. An earliest one of detected peaks is determined as a peak derived from the internal standard substance, and the remaining peaks are identified on the basis of the internal standard substance-derived peak.

  • Publication number: 20090262156
Abstract: A liquid droplet ejecting head includes: an ejector having a nozzle, a pressure chamber, and a drive element that applies pressure to a liquid inside the pressure chamber; and a controller that applies a drive waveform to the drive element. The controller vibrates a flow velocity of the liquid ejected from the nozzle in a first positive direction vibration mode for causing a leading end portion of the liquid droplet to be ejected from the nozzle toward the opposite side of the pressure chamber side; and a second positive direction vibration mode for adjusting the velocity of a trailing end portion of the liquid droplet. An interval between the first positive direction vibration mode and the second positive direction vibration mode is set so as to make the velocity of the trailing end portion of the columnar liquid droplet faster than the velocity of the leading end portion thereof.
