  • Patent number: 10370890
Abstract: [Object] To provide a door frame structure and a method for mounting the door frame structure which improve rigidity, prevent deformation that is caused by relative story displacement of a building in the event of an earthquake, and enable easy mounting. [Solution Means] A door frame structure 1 is indirectly mounted to a wall surface 4 via mounting angles 11 fixed to the first reinforcing members 9. Therefore, the door frame structure 1 does not follow relative story displacement of the wall surface 4 caused by lateral vibration in the event of an earthquake, so that deformation of the door frame structure 1 is minimized, and a door 31 can be opened and closed even in an emergency.

  • Patent number: 10006238
Abstract: A sliding door opening and closing device that horizontally opens and closes the sliding door with application of light weight is provided. A load-type door opening and closing device includes: a sliding support rail slidably supporting the door to open and close the door; a door opening rail provided in the door and inclined upward in an opening direction of the door; a sliding member sliding on the door opening rail; a footboard; and a coupling member that couples the sliding member with the footboard. The sliding member is located at an upper end side of the door opening rail when the door is closed, and is depressed against the door opening rail by stepping force acting on the footboard during opening operation, to displace the door in the opening direction.
