  • Publication number: 20160187544
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide an optical film in which impact resistance and slipperiness of the film are excellent, and the occurrence of rainbow-like unevenness is suppressed. The present invention relates to an optical film containing a cyclic olefin-based resin and an elastomer, in which a content ratio of the elastomer is 5 mass % to 40 mass % with respect to the total mass of the optical film, and retardation Rth in a thickness direction in terms of a thickness of 40 ?m is 6 nm to 90 nm. The present invention further relates to a transparent conductive film, a touch panel, a surface protection film, and a display device.
