  • Publication number: 20240152244
Abstract: While displaying an application user interface, a device detects a first input to an input device of the one or more input devices, the input device provided on a housing of the device that includes the one or more display generation components. In response to detecting the first input, the device replaces display of at least a portion of the application user interface by displaying a home menu user interface via the one or more display generation components. While displaying the home menu user interface, the device detects a second input to the input device provided on the housing of the device; and in response to detecting the second input to the input device provided on the housing of the device: the device dismisses the home menu user interface.

  • Patent number: 11566553
Abstract: A hydro-active scrubber and reactor (HSR) system and apparatus is disclosed that includes a main body, an inlet configured to receive a first fluid medium comprised of pollutant particles, and a nozzle configured to dispense a second fluid medium within the main body. In addition, the HSR system and apparatus may also include a cylindrical body or hydro-vortex generator within the main body having a plurality of horizontally positioned rods projecting therefrom, wherein the cylindrical body further comprises a plurality of openings. Further, the HSR system and apparatus can include a motor configured to rotate the cylindrical body thereby directing the first and second fluid mediums through the cylindrical body. In addition, a first area within the main body can receive the pollutant particles from the first fluid medium, and a first outlet within the main body can be configured to direct the received pollutant particles out of the main body.

  • Patent number: 10533664
Abstract: A radial seal assembly is disclosed for a regenerative heat exchanger. The radial seal assembly can include a mount having a first upstanding region and a first arcuate region. Here, the first upstanding region is configured to attach to a diaphragm of the heat exchanger. The radial seal assembly further includes a flexible radial contact or non-contact seal, wherein the seal further includes a second arcuate region. Here, the first arcuate region of the mount is configured to receive the second arcuate region of the flexible seal and securing the flexible seal therein.

  • Publication number: 20190258510
Abstract: A scheduler thread executes to queue a set of tasks for execution by a processor during a time interval. A counter associated with the particular time interval is incremented based on a determination that a time segment of the time interval has elapsed since a previous execution of the scheduler thread. Following the particular time interval, the counter is compared with a threshold value to determine whether the counter is less than the threshold value. It is determined that the processor has experienced a starvation state based at least in part on determining that the counter is less than the threshold value.

  • Publication number: 20140174560
Abstract: A rotary seal system is disclosed for an air circulating system. The rotary seal system includes a rotary shell having one or more air circulation chambers. The system includes a plurality of stationary, flexible seal bodies arranged in an angled fashion operatively coupled about opposing circumferential edges of the rotor shell to maintain separation between the one or more air circulation chambers. In one embodiment, a helical ramp disposed in at least one of the plurality of stationary, flexible seal bodies provides internal realignment of the flexible seal bodies.
